    My biggest food lesson to date: Some foods are not worth the calories.

    When I splurge, it's going to be a splurge on foods I love. No more eating just to eat.

    I've learned; Eat any damn thing you want to, just expend more energy/calories than you take in. It's NOT about restrictions or self deprivation.

    Dead heat with;

    IGNORE anybody who tells you that you can't eat red meat, cheese, butter, chocolate, cream, or eggs.
