there are great healthy things you can eat and still loss weight
don't look at daily losses but total losses
and like people say the only think that gets you there is not giving up never ever

That's absolutely true!! This is your journey, not anybody else's. So why compare yourself to anybody else?
MIne comes from one of the first conversations I had with a nutritionist:
She asked: Do you want to lose weight?
I responded: Well yeah....

I have to keep reminding myself of this!0 -
With a little planning and picking the right recipes, it's possible to satisfy my foodie side* and still lose weight.
* Although I still haven't figured out how to enjoy the chef's amazing seven-course tasting menu at my favorite restaurant and eat something other than lettuce for the rest of the week. Since this is a twice-a-year treat at most (not being a millionaire), perhaps I'll just shoot for maintenance that week and catch up later.0 -
