Went on a cooking frenzy tonight for dinner and after 4 hours of conspiring in the kitchen, it resulted in this multi dish dinner...

steamed broccoli, spicy basil chicken, half cheese/half veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust, sweet and spicy ramen noodles, vegetable curry with tilapia, and to top it all off...fudge brownies for dessert. I'm pooped...

3 slices of thick-cut Hickory-Smoked bacon, and 3 large eggs fried in the bacon grease! With a very generous dose of sodium and potassium salts added.

    Keto is fun!

Dessert is 1 cup of full-fat Fage plain greek yogurt with a 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries and 3 drops of liquid sucralose, all mixed together. Nomnomnom.

Tonight it's grilled chicken kabobs with onion and sweet peppers. Maybe a salad. I make way more than we need and the leftovers are good in salad or whatever.

I brought plenty of leftovers to work, but the Quilter's Club had their monthly birthday party tonight. It was salad, fruits and veggies, sloppy Joe, cold cuts and a Chinese sweet and sour thing. Also had to taste the desserts. Can't hurt those ladies' feelings you know.

Another day, another stir it up. This one with chicken breast, eggs and black forest ham. Also has onion, Jalapeno, squash, grapes, cherry tomatoes and stir-fry veggies. It was huge, {1 serving of 3 shown in picture} and only 572 calories. I'm not even in the red, and I haven't logged my exercise for the day. That means I may make one of my low sugar pies or puddings tonight.

    Thanks.

I cooked something with turkey kielbasa recently, {I can't remember what it was} and it turned out real good.

And someone over on my What's for Breakfast??? thread told me my stir it up looked revolting. It isn't as picturesque as some of my meals, but it only got one pan dirty, came out alright on the numbers and it tasted fine.

We put up corn out of the garden tonight. I did save back a little for supper. Also had peas, green beans with potatoes and a {real pork} sausage sandwich. I'm having to do another 20 minutes of cardio to get my numbers out of the red, but it was all very good.

That feel when 650C 100P 30F in one meal

That feel when you needed to use a shaker cup to hold your milk so your cereal doesn't get soggy when eating your sweet potatoes
