Everyone's supper sounds good. I made up a new recipe this afternoon. The rain had chased me in from the garden, so I did an Unstuffed Pepper Trio. We had that, grilled BBQ turkey/turkey sausage burgers and grilled onion. I went back out to the garden after supper, but when I came in I had a bowl of ice cream. Half vanilla, half chocolate, with milk and sugar free cappuccino mix.
Larro's Unstuffed Pepper Trio:
12 oz ground turkey
8 oz ground turkey sausage
14.5 oz tomatoes
2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup 4 cheese Mexican
1/2 cup Colby Jack cheese
3/4 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup chili pepper
1/3 cup Jalapeno pepper
3/4 cup onion
1 Tbs olive oil
1/3 Tbs lemon pepper seasoning salt
1/3 Tbs black pepper
1/3 Tbs garlic powder
I did this on the stove top. Put oil, onions and peppers in big pan over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes and cook on lower heat until most of the liquid is gone. Add cheese and let melt.
It made eight 240 calorie servings. It was kind of hot. If you don't like it too hot, maybe use more bells and less of the other peppers.0 -

Last night I had 10 pc chicken mcnugget meal from McDonald's(fries and chicken only). Then a half bottle of Coke that my mom had brought with her(she thought we were going to watch the movie in the park today but we ended up finding out that it wasn't today). Had several sugar cookies to top it off.0

Frozen "stir fry vegetables" cooked in the microwave and thin whole wheat spaghetti, with peanut butter, unsalted roasted peanuts, lime juice, a tiny bit of honey, and crushed red pepper. Looked disgusting, tasted delicious. Also, some fresh peach slices, which I ate first.
All followed by a fresh kiwi, which I'm digging into (literally) right now.0 -
Homemade black eyed peas (cooked with crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrots, and salt and pepper) reheated with chopped fresh spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, raisins, pepita seeds, and parm cheese. Side of Armenian cucumber slices.

Brown Crowder peas, cucumber, tomato, onion and pepper salad. This was the first full picking of the Crowders. We put 2 quarts and 3 pints in the freezer, and had enough for supper. Everything in the salad was from the garden too.
Also a couple of new twists to old desserts. I used less Cool Whip and added Greek yogurt. Greek peachy vanilla frozen dessert, and Greek chocolate pudding. I'll post the recipes later.

That looks really good. I will have to remember to use some of the basil growing in my garden. A friend of mine gave me a few cups with cilantro growing in them. After I transplanted them, the cilantro died, but basil came up in it's place.0 -
Here is the recipe for Larro's {1st try @} Greek peachy vanilla frozen dessert:
2 {6 oz} Yoplait Lite Very Vanilla yogurt
6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
4 oz lite Cool Whip
.3 oz containter of sugar free Peach Jello
1/4 cup water
Boil water and pour in glass mixing bowl with jello. Wisk until all the lumps are dissolved. Add Yoplait yogurt, wisk, add cool whip, wisk, add Greek yogurt, wisk. Pour in 9X9 baking dish, shake to level, cover with plastic wrap and put in freezer. Makes 8 servings. I was pretty happy with this one. It did take longer to freeze than the old style, but it is easier to cut.

And here is Larro's {1st try @} Greek chocolate pudding:
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
2.1 oz package chocolate Jell-o Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
3 oz Lite Cool Whip
3 oz Greek Vanilla Yogurt
Pour milk in glass mixing bowl, add Jell-o, wisk, add Cool Whip, wisk, add Greek yogurt, wisk. It was hard to get this one evenly mixed. It was a little too dense. Next time we will add a cup of water along with the milk. But it was very good.
