    Only with my parents, hubby, and kids. Other than that hugs make me soooo uncomfortable! I've never understood hugging someone outside your immediate family.

    It depends on the circumstance. Socially, I'll hug+kiss if I've met someone before or we're saying goodbye (and it seems like the other person is okay with it, of course).

    But at a work function or a professional setting, absolutely not. Get off me.

    My dad's side isn't much for hugs, but my mom's side is. Hugs and kisses on cheeks. I'll except them but I don't initiate them.

    I'm a hugger, but only if people's armpits are covered. I refuse to hug anyone (family, boyfriend, close friends included) if it includes touching their armpits. Vomit worthy.

    I'm not sure what kind of sex you're having that touching the shirtless person's armpits is necessary. Can't think of a single position where any sort of anchorage around or touching of the armpits is essential

    I hug everyone and everything, I even smother my poor cat in my sleep if he gets too close. Nothing better than a good hug or two or three.

    I live in the south, it is against the law if you do not hug! Just do not slap me with a kiss and I a good!

    Now I do hug my dogs (they don't like it) and my two cats.. they love it, but cats are weird anyways..

    True story....Kendrick Perkins hugged me on my birthday a few years ago at a Thunder game. I made a sign that said "All I want for my birthday is for Perk to crack a smile!". He loved it and came over at half time and signed my poster, hugged me and took pics. He was super nice.

    I'm not a hugger but I will try my best at hugging when a close friend comes in for a hug. I use to just stand their armed dangled

    I'm a selective hugger. If we are friends/family I am a big hugger, but if I dont know you very well I really do not like to be touched. So basically if I like you I have very little personal space requirements, but if I dont then even putting your hand on my shoulder makes me uncomfortable.
