Cheese (any kind) in blocks (if I ate cheese in a meal, it would be at least 200 g in it).
Bags of nuts. I was snacking on 100 g of almonds. Aka 700 calorie snack. And my dinner and lunch weren't light either.
Butter. Everything tastes better with butter. Sauteed veggies. Morning eggs. Fish. Chicken.
Full fat sour cream. Eating it with a spoon. Between meals.0 -
oh I must admit I am loving this thread . . . I'm sure it's reminding everyone how far we've come, or maybe what we're working toward moving away from lol
This thread brought back so many funny memories for me. I remember my old brother was kind of a d*** about me being fat and eating too much as a kid so I would always sneak food around him. Once when he came home earlier than I was ready for (and in the middle of eating a heaping bowl of ice cream with marshmallows on top!) I hid the bowl in my sister's closet until he left lol . . .
Another time I remember hiding a giant plate of spaghetti in my sister's closet when a childhood (boy) friend of mine came over looking to hang out with my sister and I. I told him I was busy and could maybe hang out later on. bwahaha ohhh I was such a sad little kid.
I would say one meal that comes to mind was from Mcdonald's . . . a big mac, supersize fry and probably sugared soda. That was one of my favorites. I also really used to like Arby's, pizza hut (my friend and I would order a large and split it), KFC's chicken sandwiches and potato wedges, of course with a sugared soda. I used to (and may have done this this past year, though on a smaller scale) take a crap ton of oreos, stuff them into a glass of milk, and mush it all up to make a "milkshake." Now that one I still like, not gonna lie. I rarely eat oreos now, though.
Thanks for this thread, brought me back to my childhood!0 -
2 x large dominos mighty meat pizzas
6 piece KFC chicken with 4 fries and 2 large gravy
2 x chinese starters, prawn on toast, 4 chinese takeaway meals and noodles,
10+ packs of crisps (had 25 packs in a row once)
2 large dairy milk chocolate bars, 5 pack of snickers, Mr kipling's 6 pack of cakes
Copious amounts of curry - Like 1 kg of the meat/sauce plus 10 chapatis
Serious eating per meal. Plus other stuff during the day too.I still do sometimes, can't help it. Rare though now, has to be a really bad day.0 -

So for you people that think you are too far gone to do anything about your problem... Who think you are the only one who eats as badly as you... who hide your eating from other people, and seclude yourself from friends:
IT'S NOT TO LATE!!!
Never give in! Never give in!!! Never, never never!!!
I did that plus a pint of ice cream as one meal, even during mfp...
But I have serious bingeing issues, can easily down 15,000 cals in a day.
My worst day as of yet was 18,000 calories0 -
Full fat cheese.
Can easily eat a 350/400g block a day.
Still would if I could!
Of course, it didn't take MFP to stop doing that, well knew that it was an 'issue' without MFP .
This^^^ and Mexican food of any kind. So hard cause I live in Texas and we texans LOVE our Mexican food0 -
Up until I turned 43 I was a stick and I could eat anything I wanted. I usually didn't eat much all day but a fast-food lunch (Burger King Big Mac with cheese, large fries, chocolate milkshake) and candy bars out of the vending machine at work with lots of coffee all day long. For dinner I ate mostly fried foods, extra cheese on everything, steaks with Bearnaise sauce, lots of starches with gravy or cheese and a big dish of ice cream with fudge or cake with extra icing if it was available. I also drank lots of beer just about every night.
Then I stopped drinking, smoking and bamo - the pounds wouldn't stop piling on. I tried Nutrisystem, then tried eating nothing all day and a salad at night (which would lead to a big binge once or twice a week), then I tried sticking to a low calorie - low fat diet, nothing stopped to gaining.
Now TDEE-20% and eating small healthy meals every 3-4 hours with small treats occasionally has finally made a difference. I lost 18 pounds last year and right now I'm on a plateau but I'm assured it will break sooner or later. Trying to do more resistance exercise than cardio now to build more fat burning muscle.
I think all those perservatives, transfats and chemical-concoctions I ate make the fat that built up harder for my body to eliminate. No scientific info on this but I wouldn't be surprised if it's true.0 -
Super size fast food meals
Whole tub of ice cream with all the fixings
Numbeous chocolate bars
Big bag of Doritos
That was pretty much my daily intake and then some. Plus, when I first started college, I partied and drank quite a bit. I was never obese, I blame that on my young metabolism, but I certainly was not healthy and didn't look great.0 -
Not just ONE, but TWO McDoubles from McDonald's.
Seems like only yesterday.
Oh, wait...that wasn't yesterday...that was today for lunch...
(...and maybe a couple of other times in the weeks before.)0 -
at least 3 times a week were my bro dates to Wendys
Asiago chicken ranch club large combo 1490 calories
2 jr bacon cheese burgers 780 calories
4 pc spicy nuggets 170 calories
grand total............................................. 2440 calories for lunch
sometimes I really miss my redheaded boo0 -
Rice Crispy Treats covered in Cool Whip frosting. It's delicious.lol0
-
Anything with Soy in it. Thanks to my bros on MFP, I know better now.0

I wouldn't eat "badly" as in whole pizzas or entire family orders of KFC, but I did eat a TON of rice. I wouldn't eat until I came home from school at around 9pm, so I'd cook up a huge pot of rice, a big frying pan full of the "whatever" stuff in the fridge and eat it all while watching cartoons to unwind from the day. I overate all the time because of my bad habit of eating once per day.0

My foot.
Still happens more than I'd care to admit...0 -
Late night $5 Doritos Locos box from Taco Bell (nearly every night).0
-
Oh my goodness, let's see...
-2 sandwiches for lunch with half a bag of chips
-frozen pizza for dinner or 2-3 plates of home made dinner. (sometimes would even eat another sandwich with chips hours after dinner)
-I would also consume an entire Party Pail ice cream within a week by myself
and I would still make another frozen pizza around 1am. I wasn't even hungry, just would eat for the hell of it.
I would also bake cupcakes and eat them within a day or two0 -
Cheese Fries at Outback with Cheddar Cheese, Bacon and Sour Cream.
Just for starters.
Then Rack of Lamb with Loaded Baked Potato then likely dessert all washed down with a beer or two.
Don't want to even think of the calories. Easily over 3000.0 -
Before I joined in 2012, I would eat at least one Burger King TenderCrisp Chicken Sandwich combo per week. Now, I know how awful a choice that was. Back in 2006, I probably had two (2) of those most days! If I must eat at Burger King now, I usually have a Whopper Jr. No fries, period.0
-
Family-sized (500g) bags of Nestle Chocolate Smarties. I'd buy them on my way home from work/school/whatever and then have dinner afterwards.
2,300 calories in one sitting from the candy alone. And this was a very regular ordeal.0 -
A whopper "heavy all" and finished off with an M&M blizzard from DQ. So freaking good and sooooo freaking bad! ????0
-
Large papa John's meat lovers pizza, large order of breadsticks ... On top of half a large jar of peanut butter eaten with a spoon while waiting for the pizza delivery. Also lots of McDonald's, burger King, Wendy's, taco bell, taco Johns, etc etc. Still eat some pizza and an occasional whopper junior!0

I work somewhere where my choice of lunch is readily available. My go-to when I couldn't decide what I wanted was fried chicken and mashed potatoes. No veggie, no fruit and always a dessert. Once in a while is fine but we are talking 3 lunches a week.0
-
normally on nights i watched tv show which was like 3 days a week i would eat an entire thing of 8 chicken pieces from the walmart deli section while eating a full bag of nacho cheese chps and a container of highland french onion dip and drink 2 2 liters of diet soda.. prolly why at my highest weight i was at over 400 pounds0
-
You know you've got a problem when you start cooking for one using a sheet pan.
Massive nachos. Frozen fries and ranch. Cheap frozen burritos and taquitos. Chicken nuggets. All that crap.0 -
A dozen cannolis at a sitting.
A giant fruit and nut Lindt bar at one sitting several times per week.
Half a 2L tub to a whole tub of ice cream at one sitting.
6 slices of an 8 slice pizza. I would only stop because I wanted the remaining 2 slices for breakfast the next day.
While it's obvious now, at the time I seriously didn't know why I was closing in on 200lbs.0 -
Does coca-cola count? haha0
-
Blue Bird Apple Pies (Green wrapper) not sure about the calories but I would eat 3-4 a day.. CRAZY!!0
-
Before I went on my diet last year I decided to try some really bad stuff. First up was the Vortext Burger at Metro Diner in Jacksonville Beach.
Not sure the calories but it was a quarter pound burger between two grilled cheese, ham & tomatoes sandwiches with all the toppings, plus fries.
Second sandwich was the Fat Sandy at Munchies 420 Cafe in Gainesville.
The Fat Sandy is a foot long sub with two cheeseburgers, mac-n-cheese, chicken fingers, onion hoops, spuds & mozzarella stix
