    Found this on Pinterest and they are delicious!

    Ingredients

    2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained
    2 small onions, very finely chopped (I use a food processor)
    2 1/4 c. stuffing with herbs (I use Pepperidge Farm)
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shaved
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    Instructions

    Mix all ingredients until well combined. Form into about 1" balls; place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 60 balls.
    are used to make these years ago when entertaining and they had a mustard aioli that went with them for dipping. They were delicious

    I don't remember the eggs,and The butter was vegi stock,used primarily to soften the cubes.I'm Gf. Now,so I'd have to make my own,but The P.F. with herbs is definitely what I used and they :flowerforyou: added a ton of flavor.

    I bet that would be amazing! Never thought to put that in there and I make spinach pie every Thanksgiving with feta in it. Thanks for the idea :)
