Went to the chiropractor. I was laying face down on the table when he walked in. He said "wow, you have lost some weight. I can tell in your waist and through your hips. Nice job". Made me feel good because it was totally spontaneous.
Second NSV- I ride motorcycles. I have a pair of riding pants I quit wearing because they were way too small. This morning, pulled them on and rode all day. I'm smiling!12 -
Leaving on a beach vacay in two weeks, and have put off trying on the swimsuits I had worn last summer when I was a few pounds lighter. They're a tad loose in the butt!! So relieved!9

I'm so excited! Today I ran 2 blocks, walked a block, ran a block, etc! 6 months ago I couldn't do the elliptical for even 5 minutes without feeling that I was going to die! I hated breaking a sweat 6 months ago, now I love it! I thought I was going to live out the rest of my life with a horrible bad back, always tired, sluggish and depressed. (I'm 41) Not anymore! My back is strong, no more depression, a ton of energy, and I'm looking sexy, if I say so myself!

Walking is so much more fun with a dog. Watch out, though, he'll start expecting those walks. Every time my dog sees me putting my coat on, she gets excited and runs to the door, hoping for a walk.
My dog does the same thing, when she see's me putting on my walking shoes she's up and ready to go.0 -

My pants are trying to fall down because they are becoming too loose, instead of trying to fall down because they are struggling to contain what I've put in them!16

I have a rubbermaid full of my old jeans (that were too small) that has been in storage for a really long time. I've been trying to declutter so I decided to go through them and get rid of some of them. EVERY. SINGLE. PAIR. FIT. I even had a few from when I was in high school saved. Such a great feeling.
....now for these to get too big16 -
Went to help a friend do some work on his cabin. Last time I used my tool belt, well over two years ago, it had been maxed out on the last holes. I adjusted my belt five times yesterday and still did not get a good fit. Moved at least seven holes in and couldn't get comfortable. I think my cheap tool belt is not long for this world...5

Yesterday I ran 15 km in an event conducted to spread awareness on autism. This was my first ever run over 10 km. I was able to do it in 1:49:49. A few months ago, I could barely run for over 30 seconds. Yay!!19

Is that a website or app maybe?

Despite not losing anything for the last 4 months and actually gaining weight I'm still lifting, counting calories and striving for the best everyday. Almost two years at this and I'm always learning something new about exercise, macros etc. It's great!8

It was a friend's birthday over the weekend and I didn't eat the homemade cupcakes that smelled absolutely delicious. Not because I talked myself out of it or because it wouldn't have fit into my calories for the day but because I wanted a bowl of fruit instead. A few months ago, I would have eaten 2.9

SAME HERE. I can't believe I actually miss exercising.3 -
I worked out so hard yesterday, I couldn't even put on socks properly this morning. I was scared to death to go to this Wushu class by myself, but I went and I had fun!
A girl there, couldn't have been more than 50Kg herself, and she called me SKINNY! "But you are so skinny!" I was stunned3 -

If you're at a significant deficit for the day and click "Complete This Entry" on MFP's Food Diary, then it'll show you a rough estimate of how much you'll lose within five weeks.
Derp. I'm silly. I thought it was some cool new thing that takes a picture and shows you yourself in 5 weeks or something.... lol Thanks for reminding me.

I just started teaching two fitness classes at a senior center every week.11

I had 2 pair of work pants that were comfortable after I gained a lot of weight, because of the elastic waist. Today 25 pounds down, I am wearing one of these pants and it is falling off.(I have to keep pulling it up when walking) This is the last time I will be wearing these.12

One more belt thrown out as it's too big. And down a notch on another belt. Being able to fit smaller clothes is a far better progress indicator than the scales!8
