Having to bunch up my yoga pants at the waist and tie off the excess fabric with a hair elastic to keep me from running or jumping out of them! It's time for me to invest in some new workout clothes soon!57

Mine recently was this past Saturday I went to Kohl's and bought some clothes!! Now this may sound all stupid but I used to not fit into their clothes unless I went to the Women's plus sizes which i wouldn't wear because they had nothing but floral, polyester, or things my MOTHER would wear! Not only was I able to walk in there, I was able to leave with 2 pairs of size 12 jeans!! I haven't seen that size in over 20 years!!! I started my journey as a 24-26 so this is just a huge motivator to keep pushing on!!145

Not sure what NSV stands for, but I think this fits...but in class the other day I was able to do 15 push ups on my toes with knee tucks and walkouts! I made it through 3 rounds of those along w/ my other various exercises for that round! Yay me!
Nsv is non-scale victory. Great one by the way!6 -

Saw my pulmonary doctor yesterday and he said he "graduated" me from having to use the CPAP machine ... All due to weight loss. That and I am able to wear my mothers ring again. I am so happy and grateful for both. Happy days.75

I went out on my bike today for the 1st time since last Oct and was a little bit nervous as I knew we were going on a path that I have struggled on before as it's slightly uphill for 2 miles, I had been able to do it no problem by the end of last summer, well today I rode it at a nice steady pace, a little slower than last year but I did it in one go with no stopping.33
