    Had a personal record this morning lifting.... I have had a mental block about increasing weight on my back squat but this morning I lifted 153# second one is my goal to run up a monster hill... I'm training one block at a time and Saturday night I ran up two of the 6 block incline. My soul is nearly flying out of me I'm so happy!!!

    Where the heck do you live that you have a 6 block incline?! The highest elevation where I am is roughly 20 feet above see level. I can't even imagine hills like that!

    1) I am beginning to like what I see in the mirrors in the gym (front view, not sure about the side view and I dare not look at the rear view) - it's taken me six weeks just to be able to actually look at myself, I've always averted my eyes up until now
