I have resisted eating snacks at work. I’m a teacher and there is always food around. I’m gearing myself up for teacher appreciation week. There’s going to be a candy “bar” and different snacks everyday for a week.16

I can now fit into a size medium shirt, down from a 5X.74

I would lose to the peanut butter M&Ms. I love those things. Stay strong, @time4me38!11 -
I fill a 6 liter bottle with water at work and take it home. Some time ago I decided to carry the bottle to my car which is a five minute walk away. That thing was so heavy and it was such a struggle I said I'd never do it again and I would drive to the office building and get the bottle. Well, you know how this story ends. Easy peasy. No problem carrying that bottle at all!22

Just buttoned and zipped 2 pairs of size 10 jeans. I still have muffin tops and they look terrible. A couple of months ago I couldn't get them passed my thighs. Maybe in another month they will fit right.40

Ran 4 miles in 39:55 without walking after an upper body lift yesterday. I have a 12K (7.6 mile) leg in our city's marathon relay this Sunday. Hoping I can run most if not all of it without walking. I know I couldn't have done it 82 pounds ago!36

I had to borrow a belt from my 14 year old stepdaughter. I don't normally wear a belt and don't even own one but I am actually comfortable wearing my size small shirt tucked into my size 6 jeans. 2 years ago at this time I was wearing size 26 and 2 or 3X. Today feels good.37

I've only just restarted this journey a week or two ago (I lost 40lbs several years ago and gained it all back plus 10lbs), so I haven't had much in the way of results yet, but this morning I looked in the mirror and for the first time in a long time I felt OK with myself. It was a great feeling!34

That gave me the happy feels. Super congrats to you!7 -
Having to tighten the strap on my heart rate monitor.21

Back up to 175lb squat and ran my last 5k in 24:3920

Got a caliper body fat measurement at the gym this morning. 20% - down from 27% back in November - YAY!
I don't think the 20% is accurate, based on what I see in the mirror. I'm still going to adjust some macro targets based on a 25% assumption, as I was using 30% after the last reading.16 -

I'm not a runner at all. But the other day I ran for 5 minutes straight most I've ever done. Maybe one day I'll do a 5k.24 -

Wow. This is mighty impressive and inspiring. Good job.6 -
was helping someone move last night. two people were unloading the storage unit and I was packing the stuff in my truck.....when they came out I had gotten the sofa in the truck by myself...they said "oh someone came by and gave you a hand?" Nope. That would be just lil ol me with my 53 year old bomb-*kitten* strength. BAM!34

Moved about 10 shirts and a couple of pairs of jeans from the "not quite yet" to the "now it fits" side of the closet. Love shopping in my own closet again.38

@Madwife2009 -- I have to share with you that we're going to be in Yorkshire for three weeks this summer (we're from the U.S.), and I've already printed out my parkrun barcode. You've sold me on it.20

I am. I was rediculously proud of myself. I didn’t eat a thing!8 -
I went to amusement park just recently and didn't have to worry about not fitting. I've actually never not fit but it was getting pretty snug on some roller coasters. No worries this trip.27

I was trying to compose my NSVs, but seeing @Mr_Healthy_Habits picture up there puts of me off of it. Crawling away, now.19

@JeromeBarry1 Don't let someone else's success diminish yours. Everyone's journey is different.
My NSV: Hubs offered to take me out for ice cream after the kid's horseback riding lesson, if I had the calories for it. (I was impressed he remembered that I had to account for it.) I told him that I did, indeed have the calories for it, but I was running high on both my carbs and sugar, so I was going to have pistachios instead to up my fat and protein. I mean, ice cream sounded good... but no.
Oh, and someone brought in doughnuts at work today. All I did was sniff. No partaking for this girl.

I just recently realized that I can scratch pretty much any part of my back myself. I didn't even know that was possible.29
