After lurking the gelato thread and regretting not participating, I've been following this thread and doing the cleanse on my own...thought I would chime in here now:
Day 1: Held a huuuge bake sale, ended up eating one and a half lemon squares, a mint chocolate chip cookie, and two amazing Reese’s peanut butter cup cupcakes bought at the bake sale. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and a mini Reese’s inside.
Day 2: Pint of Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked Froyo. The whole pint. So amazing and full of chunks of deliciousness.

Not much to see in there-- I had no idea how to log what I had. It was a cup of tomato basil soup and a grilled cheese with havarti, tomato, garlic butter, spinach and chicken. And a scone with clotted cream and jam, which I brought home to have tomorrow. It was all delicious. It wasn't THAT high calorie but since I usually have yogurt and carrots for lunch I wasn't ready for it.0 -
This I can do because I normally eat something sweet daily.
Let's see...
May 4 seems to be day 1. I had Sanders darck chocolate salted caramel candies (from Costco - I highly recommend. I cannot get ebough of these).
May 5th: I made Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Banana Sundae w/ talenti vanilla bean gelato (no picture because I wanted to taste it too bad to pause and find my phone lol)
May 6th: Leftover brownie (left off the banan sundae part)
May 7th: Two Safeway M&M cookies (I was surprised how good these were!)0 -
