Day 12: B&J Milk and Cookies, Talenti Southern Butter Pecan (yes I went back and got more. Don't judge me), and one ricotta pound cake cupcake with whipped ricotta frosting:

I loved the pound cake part. I'm not a huge fan of the frosting but I think I didn't put enough powdered sugar in it-- I put what the recipe called for and then I thought it still seemed too runny but that it would probably set up like buttercream does in the fridge, because it has butter in it. But it didn't, so it was a little too soupy for my taste. Next time I make the cupcakes I'll probably just make buttercream. Mr. Acrylics loved it though.
    NOM.
For some reason, I'm thinking those could be exceptional with a lemon cream cheese frosting.

Something is awry with the texture in the ricotta frosting. I'm not sure whether it would be solved by more sugar or if it would still be slightly grainy.

1: Pb chocolate oat cookies, chocolate icecream with banana
2: Connoisseur Caramel and macadamia icecream stick
3: Aero chocolate, Connoisseur honey and pistachio (honey and chocolate combination? Found it unusual but it was okay), Reece's peanut butter (so creamy and sweet -- I don't want any other pb now lol)
4: Connoisseur cookies & cream (tasted like crushed oreos soaked in vanilla cream -- was okay but lacked the crunchiness and chewiness of a real chocolate cookie that you can eat how you like alongside ice cream), more peanut butter.
5: Taro flavoured sponge cake (just a slightly funny tasting sponge cake), Connoisseur Madagascan Vanilla (simple but good)
6: Connoisseur Sumatran coconut (I don't like coconut things like Bounty usually but this was nice)
7: Dessert Delights Rainbow gum, Chocolate peanut butter pop tarts (whole box, 6 pastries), creme egg.
8: More gum, 8 oatmeal maple brown sugar pop tarts, 4 Hershey's chocolate fudge pops (not actually that nice, tastes like the sugar free chocolate syrup but way more calories)
9: 6 Peanut butter pop tarts (no icing, and after all the sugar and peanut butter I've had this week they seemed very plain)
    10: Honey BBQ cracker crisps
11: Aeroplane jelly mousse as prepared with bisquick biscuit base as prepared (plus whipped cream on top)
12: Banh deo banana cake (like a banana flavoured mochi), caramello egg, Ben & Jerry's strawberry cheesecake icecream with jelly belly strawberry cheesecake topping
13: Ben & Jerry's cookie dough... so good...

I have a pudding eating fetish!

    Really?

I love pudding. Just having a hard time finding puddings I really love... if it makes sense. When I lived in France, it was easy, here... yeah not so much. The Kozy Shack puddings are ok, but that's about it. I hate the jello stuff (the sugar free chocolate mousse is fine, but I don't like the rest). What kind of pudding do you buy?

Day 1 - Sweet Freedom vanilla ice cream and a chocolate protein milkshake
Day 2 - Pancakes and single serving vanilla cake
Day 3 - Kugel, more pancakes
Day 4 - Kugel for breakfast. Protein cheesecake at lunch. Pancakes for dinner.

Day 6 - Protein cheesecake, cheese danish
Day 7 - Protein cheesecake, chocolate croissant. Apple pie a la mode, two bread slices with cream cheese and berry jam, and a serving of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel
Day 8 - Protein cheesecake. A Yoplait frozen Greek yogurt with caramel and honey bar, and a square of Cote d'Or dark chocolate.
Day 9 - Protein berry smoothie, Talenti sea salt caramel gelato, 3/4 cup of fat free chocolate frozen yogurt
Day 10 - Two buttermilk eggo waffles stuffed with sweet cream cheese, a jello sugar free chocolate mousse, and one of Desserts for Two ricotta cupcakes.
Day 11 - Two mini danishes (one chocolate, one cream cheese), talenti sea salt caramel gelato , way too many sugar puffs, and a cream cheese and jelly sandwich. Was a bad day.

Day 12 - Yoplait frozen Greek yogurt strawberry with granola bar, one Dove mini chocolate egg, and some Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom vanilla ice cream (I actually really like it, and only 90 calories a serving!).

    I buy Hunt's Pudding Snack Pack's

But... what about something with marscapone? I've never made frosting with it, but I'm just thinking that might compliment the ricotta somehow.

Day 1: Graze Apple cinnamon flapjack and 3/4 of a blueberry poptart under black cherry ice cream.
Day 2: Speculoos cookie butter sandwich and a blueberry poptart
Day 3: 3/4 of a poptart, a red velvet cupcake, and a big cup of red velvet ice cream from my local ice cream place.
Day 4: Three Salty N Sweet Caramel Chunk Chips Ahoy cookies. Good, but I hate how they're so tiny.
Day 5: Two salty n sweet chips ahoy, two gooey chocolate chips ahoy. Less sweets since I enjoyed a giant crab cake wrap with fries for dinner.
Day 6: Three salty n sweet chips ahoy, half a lemon cranberry scone with black cherry ice cream. This was heavenly- pretty much cake and ice cream.
Day 7- Lemon Cranberry Scone and two sweet n salty chips ahoy.
Day 8- Lemon Cranberry Scone and peanut butter chocolate ice cream.
Day 9- Lemon Cranberry Scone and Swedish Fish

I like to think I was a baker in another life. I actually have some mascarpone in the fridge-- I use it to make creamy tomato sauce. Mmmmmmm.

I am developing such a girl crush on you Acrylics! I love creamy tomato sauce, vodka sauce, etc. Actually rigatoni with spicy italian sausage in vodka sauce is one of my "go to" meals. I haven't tried it with marscapone though - usually a litlte half and half or if I'm lazy - I buy some prepared alfredo sauce and spoon some of that in.

Oh my goodness, that brings back memories from decades ago!! I was a little rice candy addict for a very short time... not least because of the adorable packaging.

i woke up with rice candy still on my mind. Such a lovely orange flavor. and I love that the inner wrapper is edible. i need to go pick some up.

Day 1: Yellow cake and Bryer's Reese's PB cups ice cream
Day 2: Hostess Powdered mini-donuts and more ice cream
    Day 3: powdered mini-donuts again
    Day 4: Whitman's Sampler chocolates, 3 pieces.
Day 5: Keebler Chips Delux triple chocolate cookies (2 cookies).
Day 6: Pepperidge Farm Milano - Boston Cream Pie.
Day 7: The rest of the Milanos (kids did help eat some, so I didn't have the whole package tongue
Day 8: Utah Truffles Mint milk chocolate truffle - half a truffle (they're pretty big). Also 1 slice of Jell-o no-bake strawberry cheesecake.
Day 9: Pepperidge Farms Chocolate Cheesecake soft bake cookies. They're pretty good, a lot better than the Boston Cream Pie Milanos. I really like the soft cookie texture and they taste good. I also had the last piece of no-bake cheesecake.
Day 10: More of the cookies from above
Day 11: The other half of the mint truffle from Day 8, and 3/4 of a cookie as above.
Day 12: Lemon Bismark from Wal-Mart Bakery. I have a "hierarchy" of store bakeries that I like to get treats from. Wal-Mart is not at the top of my list, but my favorite doesn't have a store where I live now, and Wal-Mart is definitely better than Kroger. However, I think they need to mark the donuts down after a certain time; I went in about 9:30pm and the donuts were definitely no longer fresh. Not really stale, but not fresh anymore.

Day 1: French toast topped with Jeni's banana + honey ice cream
Day 2: Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies ice cream for breakfast. I'll also have a serving of Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl in my Greek yogurt tonight.
Day 3: Chocolate peanut butter Pop Tart with Edy's Slow Churned Peanut Butter Cup ice cream (see avatar), two Trader Joe's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds (2 is just enough to satisfy), and a serving of TJ's Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl in my Greek yogurt tonight.
Day 4: Talenti Sicilian Pistachio gelato for breakfast. 2 TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds, and 4 pieces of Brookside dark chocolate covered goji berries tonight.
Day 5: 2 TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds, my last chocolate peanut butter Pop Tart with Edy's slow churned peanut butter cup ice cream sandwich, and tonight I'll have a serving of Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl cookie butter in my Greek yogurt and a spoonful of Jeni's sweet potato with torched marshmallow ice cream. *giggity*
Day 6: One spoonful (13g) of Talenti banana chocolate swirl this morning (still tastes like baby food bananas, but I'm not complaining!), and tonight I'm having a serving of Turkey Hill Dutch Chocolate ice cream.
Day 7: So far I've had 2 TJ's dark chocolate almonds, 4 Brookside dark chocolate goji berries, and French toast with 94g of Jeni's bananas + honey ice cream. Pic is my avatar, since I can't seem to resize from my phone. Much better this time. I used regular Martin's potato bread instead of the rolls, added cinnamon to the egg and used a little lite syrup.
Day 8: My daughter made me pancakes for breakfast, and I poured a little Hershey's syrup on a couple of them. At lunch I had strawberry pretzel salad, a small piece of chocolate raspberry birthday cake, with frosting that tasted like whipped milk chocolate, and an even smaller piece of white cake with buttercream frosting.
Day 9: Finished off the Edy's peanut butter cup (98g) for breakfast. I mean, really, could I let 32g of ice cream sit in that big container all alone?
Day 10: So far...2 TJ's dark chocolate almonds, 4 Brookside dark chocolate goji berries, 2 small leftover pancakes straight out of the fridge with chocolate syrup, and I'm about to finish off my pint of Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies. Also Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl is going in my Greek yogurt tonight.
Day 11: Talenti Sicilian Pistachio for breakfast. I had to make some changes last night because my macros were off, so I swapped the Speculoos for Kashi Indigo Morning cereal, and had a bit of the Safeway honey vanilla praline frozen Greek yogurt. I think this one is going to be a keeper! The consumer review I read compared the honey to cough syrup. I didn't think it tasted like cough syrup, but the texture reminded me of a medicine I took when I was a kid. The pralines were nice and crunchy, and it had the tartness from the yogurt. I can't wait to have a full serving!
Day 12: 2 TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds, and I finished up the 147g of Steve's NOLA Coffee & Donuts ice cream, just to be done with it. Even the donuts at the bottom were hard and stale tasting. :frown: I may have to have something else to make up for that disappointment. Added a Snickers ice cream bar last night, FINALLY!
Day 13: Two TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds this morning, and tonight I'm staying at my bff's, where my Steve's Southern Banana Pudding has been living in her freezer. Tonight it's moving into my tummy!

Day 1 - Chocolate fudge brownie - I did not see the thread in time and already ate it so now picture.  Fail on my part.
Day 2 - Half of a Reeces peanut butter cup cupcake with butter cream and chocolate frosting.  Only half because she ate the other half.  Also, a serving of Talenti - Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.
Day 3 - Talenti - Southern Butter Pecan Gelato
    Day 4 - Chocolate fudge brownie - I took a nice bite of it before I realized I didn't take a picture.
Day 5 - Chocolate chip cookie and a Peanut butter white chocolate chip cookie.  I should have had 2 or 3 of the PB instead of the other one.   Not a proud day for me.  Plus I ate like 4 lunches so i didn't have many calories to spare.
Day 6 - Lobster tail - It was a croissant like baked pastry filled with bavarian cream and topped with powdered sugar.   I also have 3 chocolate covered, nutella filled cookies.
Day 7 - Cupcake.  Yellow cake with chocolate ganashe and butter cream.  A cronut.   It's a croissant with a vanilla topping and custard filling.
Day 8 - 1/2 a Reeces peanut butter cup cupcake and 1/2 a chocolate fudge brownie.
Day 9 - Cookies!!!!  3 caramel french macaroons.  2 almond brittle.  1 nutella filled chocolate dip cookie.
Day 10 - Ben & Jerry's - Half Baked Ice Cream.  I was going to add my usual Pop Tarts to it but decided to not blow my deficit for the day.
Day 11 - Greenfield - Salted Caramel. I went to Fairway to see if I get a new flavor and I saw this ice cream which they just got. Apparently it's popular in the south. I had a splitting headache, paid for my stuff, went home then realized I left the ice cream in the bag at the supermarket. I wanted to really have it so I drove back after work. At around midnight I tried it. I should have left it at the store. Worst caramel ice cream I've had to date.
