Confession time: I did not go hoop last night. I just didn't. I was tired and I just didn't. Instead I was playing Angry Birds on my phone while watching House on TV....what a lazy as$ I am.

My promise for today. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise today. I have already done 20 minutes of hooping this morning. I'm worn out from doing it too. The "Tireds" are getting me for some reason...it must be because it is raining. I don't tend to exercise well when it is raining.

Also, this morning, I woke up with swollen sausages for fingers. It's painful to be typing this. That is not helping with how I feel. TOO MUCH SALT YESTERDAY! Must flush it out today! Water water water!

So I'm already 20 minutes in. Surely I can do 10 more minutes of something. If it clears up today, I am GOING to walk for 15 minutes or more at lunch. I'm missing my walks with Endomondo!

Thanks for the honesty. That sometimes is the hardest part being honest with ourselves and others.

Nicholas loves angry birds. I've never played it. He is saving to buy an ipod (fancier than I have) just so he can play angry birds.

Well I broke my promise to stay in calories. I did well until late last night then I ate 4 pieces of buttered toast and 1/2 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream.

On the bloating. Yesterday I tracked how many glasses of water I drank and although I felt like I was drowning I only had 6 cups.

I way over did the sodium yesterday and this morning already.

I am headed to drop off Nicholas at school and am dressed for the gym. My promise is to do 25 mins of cardio and a few minutes of weights. AND LOTS OF WATER TODAY.

Rick and Nicholas are going with me to my U/S this afternoon. It will be their first time seeing the baby.

I can't believe you are already 20 weeks! The U/S you had before, was that one of those where you just go and pay? or was it at the doctors? How cool that they both get to go this time! I can't wait to hear how Nicholas does! :)

As for Angry Birds...does he know it's not free on the ipod? I downloaded the lite version on my iPod but it's only 12 levels...the full version was free on my Droid phone...strange! That's a strangely addictive game! LOLOL

I think I have more than made up for my slacking yesterday. I actually got in a 35 minute walk today!!!! I went 1.52 miles, well probably it was a little more my GPS doesn't pick up until I am away from the building a good bit...not sure what the deal is with that...but my HRM said I burned 302 calories! I will definitely take that!!! So add that 35 to my 20 from this morning...55 minutes...and I did a minute of shake weight...and plan to do more! So maybe I'll get in an hour!

I tell you what...I love love love that Endomondo app for my phone. It has motivated me more than anything I have ever had or used before. I love that it tells me how far I've gone so I know how much more I have to do to get to a specific point!

I also have decided that I like walking alone. I don't want others with me. Is that selfish? People say they are going to start walking with me, and I don't really want them to. Does that sound awful? I just like to put on my headphones, turn on some music from Pandora and go for as long as time allows!

Today I had Japanese. Teriyaki Chicken. I also ate with chop stick so I didn't eat it all either. So I did pretty good for lunch! YAY! I've had 2 bottles of water so far and about to down another one. That will be 6...I'm sure I'll get at least 2 more in after that...Gotta flush it out flush it out flush it out!

OK Katrina, I expect to see pics of Rocco after today too! :)

Well I was doing okay for today, but I got into a bag of cheeto's and couldn't stop. I did my 25 mins as promised though. Only a 200 calorie burn but better than nothing.

I have about 300 calories left for dinner. Hoping I can stick with that and lower sodium foods.

I don't think it sounds selfish I am the same way, it is a time for me to not think about all the other stuff in life. When you walk with someone they end up dumping their problems or gossiping and that gets tiresome too.

Put down the cheetos! Put down the bag! Bad girl! LOLOL If I had a bag of the jalapeno ones I would probably eat the WHOLE bag! Darn things!

Baby looked good. He has long legs and is bigger than I thought. He is all the way past my belly button now.

He moves everyday, alot. I will post pictures later when I can scan a few. He has grown so much in 3 weeks since I saw him last.

No eating this a.m. for me I have that glucose test after I drop Nicholas off. I really am not wanting to do it, cause I get scared, but I am remembering Nicholas' verse from school this week.

    Phillipians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I'm just going to repeat that. I see the doctor this a.m. as well. Hopefully everything looks good from the sonogram.

My DH's family wants to go to Hattisburg for thanksgiving, I don't want to, and he doesn't either but is feeling guilty. I told him he could go without us, it won't hurt my feelings. But he loves to be with us on those days. I've already told my grandmother to cook since I figured he wouldn't want to go. So I'm getting mixed messages about it.

He and I got into it last night over something stupid. My hormones are so all over sometimes. We never argue and it was just one of those afternoons.

    Yay for Rocco being well!!!!

I totally understand the guilty feelings about going to Hattiesburg...I guess that's one of those things you have to decide if it is worth it to go or not go...

Good verse to keep repeating! HOpe the test went ok...I hated drinking that stuff!

Confession time: I ate 4 krispy kreme donuts. In one sitting...that's 800 calories...wham...I have 130 calories left for dinner. Geez and I was doing so good today too!

I did 40 minutes of hooping this morning...Thank God for that...walked to lunch too...but it didn't count for a whole lot!

Anyway, tomorrow is a new day!

why do Krispy Kreme doughnuts have 200 calories a piece? They just melt in your mouth...like air...how can they be 200 calories??? My son had to sell them so my house is full of donuts...argh...this too shall pass.

More bad news. I won't get my walk in today I'm afraid. I will be able to walk 1/2 mile...so that will count for something. But I'd like to get more in.

I don't think I can make a promise today. Although I do so much better when I do. But I will try to go do some hooping tonight while I watch the Bama game on TV tonight. Surely I can do that. It should be a simple game for them to win, it's Georgia State. A team my University played this year too...surely! LOL Of course my University played Ole Miss and beat them. But hasn't everyone?

I was putting stuff on the boards at work and saw that our Women's basketball is playing Southeastern Louisiana...on the 23rd...is that your school Katrina? I can't remember. LOL Anyway, I thought about you either way!

Still waiting on Rocco pics! :)

OK I didn't promise that I would, but I did! That's an added bonus!

I walked for over 1.5 miles. Today my Endomondo messed up and I didn't get a complete workout to look at. But It did record one as being .88 miles and then it skipped about .2 miles and I got another .5 miles in...and I had walked .5 miles prior to that by going to the cafe...the GPS didn't pick up on that. So I think I actually got close to 2 miles in today in 35 minutes...I will take it. Especially since I didn't think I would get any workout in today at all!

I took an hour for lunch and then I took another 25 minutes to walk (I got here early and used that time)...it turned into a beautiful day today! I couldn't resist! I love these cobalt blue autumn days!

Yep Southeastern was where I graduated from. Love SLU. Not known for their sports, small school.

I've been wanting Krispy Kreame, my DH said he was good today and almost stopped when he drove by but the HOT sign wasn't on. LOL

Awesome on the walk. I'll post some pictures. She didn't get the best shots.

The doctor is concerned because he is measuring so large right now, that led to the 1 hour glucose test yesterday. That number after fasting was still high, so today I did the 3 hour test. YUCKY!!!

So I'm hoping to get the numbers back tomorrow.

I will be aggrevated with myself if I've done this to myself. So stupid. I am going to have to eat really healthy if so, I don't want to be on meds and junk like that. I'm tired of being poked but tomorrow i"m getting the flu shot, yuck. I hate needles.

Woke up sweating this morning. Every time I take my vitamins at night I do that. WEIRD. and they are kids multivitamins???

I'm up early. I'm going to do my WATP video. It doesn't tell you how many miles it is. It is the cardio kick box one, but you know WATP version of kick boxing, LOL.

I am also promising myself to look up a diabetic diet for GD today. I need to eat better anyway. It won't hurt. More protien.

You know of all the diets I've ever done the one I stayed on the shortest and never lost a lb. was a low carb diet. I tried it several times and never had success.

Today will be different it will be more clean--- Lean protien, whole grains, veggies and staying away from the White Witch.

I actually used to know a guy that went to SLU...His name was Frank Oakes...we met in Destin when I was 18 years old...kept in touch until I got married...haven't heard from him since then...He lived in Mandeville and Hammond (one parent each place) LOL It's the same size school where I work (Jacksonville State)...our sports are pretty big here...for the division we are in...We are actually ranked #4 right now in Football and we have national championships in Baseball, Basketball and Football....:) But I still love my Tide!

Maybe he's measuring so big because you have your due date off??? Just a thought...or maybe he's gonna be this super star football player and he's just big!!! LOL He could be the next Cam Newton! 8-)

And just so you know...one of my best friends ended up with GD and she is one of the healthiest eaters I know...so it can just happen! I had big babies and no GD so it can happen!

I finally got my Hallmark tree done this morning at 4:30 a.m. I was awake so I just decided to get it done! I don't like doing that tree because all the ornaments are in boxes and it takes forever to get them out and up! But it's done...I posted pics on FB for them!

I ordered me another new pair of glasses last night, all I had to pay was shipping...ended up being $12...they are Kam Dhillon (whoever that is) and they are brown...I don't have a brown pair of glasses so I'm excited! LOL

My promise for today is to walk 2 miles. It's a gorgeous day, I don't have anywhere to be at lunch and I have no excuse...I'm walking 1 mile south and then I'll walk 1 mile north! LOL I'm trying the walking trail today!

And I've already had 2 dang donuts this morning...but I'm logging it! So far they've fit in with my calories...so far!!! :)

I knew a Frank from Covington. He was older than me, but I think his last name was different. We were best of friends, he was one of those geeky types that dated beautiful girls, really weird. Anywho he got his degree in music (piano) and we rode to Tallahassee to start him on his masters in Florida. He and I listened to Queen the whole way. It was one of the coolest trips I've ever taken. Haven't seen him since Rick and I got married.

    NO GD for Me. YAYAYAYAYAYAYA

They said my blood work was fine. I still need to cut back, but right now it seems fine, she is making me redo the 1 hour test at 28 weeks, which I ran into that with Nicholas. They see over weight woman with big baby and think high blood pressure and diabetes. I didn't have any of that with Nicholas.

I went to the gym today, 30 mins on treadmill, lights weights, went to Nicholas' school party (that's a first) his old school didn't allow parents, and then got my flu shot :(. That is my first flu shot ever.

Nicholas was 8 lbs 12 oz, with a giant head. He looked like charlie brown.

I don't know. My due date is April 4th. I know the day we concieved as I was tracking it and I know TMI it was the only day in my cycle we had "you Know" wink wink. In fact is was on the last possible day I could have gotten pregnant.

We are already talking c-section so I'm sure it will be aroun 39 weeks if not earlier. I'm not eager to take a baby out any earlier than it needs to be, so we'll see. Babies come when they want to come as well.

Exercise down for the day. I didn't do aweful yesterday on eating but could have done better. Today is a new day.

OK Then, you just have big babies! Mine were both big, but Lucy was bigger than Riley by about 10 oz. She was 9 lb 10 oz and He was 9 lbs even...

I knew when I conceived with Riley too so I know what you mean about that! LOLOL 10 days early is ok if they check to make sure his lungs are "done"...we don't need no unbaked Rocco's!!! LOL ;)

Good job exercising. Today I counted cleaning...I cleaned for over 4 hours today, but I counted 2 hours. I'm tired, I sweated and now I am rewarded with a nice clean house. I love love love a clean house. It's almost as clean as the day we moved in...still have a few dusty spots I need to hit, but I will get that before Thursday when everyone arrives!

Even if I hadn't counted the exercise I still came in under calories...but it's because I completely forgot to eat lunch.

Tomorrow I hope to go for a nice walk. I'd like to try to do 3 miles at some point. Maybe Monday I'll not eat lunch and go for a really long walk!

I've thought about trying out the not eating lunch thing too...if I can get a decent breakfast in I might be able to do that. I seem to like eating a big dinner...I should not do that.

That's all I have. For now!

Woke up this morning feeling soooooo good! I'm so ready for the day! So ready for what I can accomplish! Two day work week. I have a clean house. That is making me very very happy! I rearranged my living room. Not a lot but just enough that it makes it look so much bigger in here. I took up my rug...my hardwood floors are gorgeous, why was I covering them up with a rug? I have carpet in the bedroom if I need rugs!

So my promise for today. Walk 2 miles. I'm going to jog a bit today too. I am determined to get to 3 miles in 45 minutes or so. I want to be able to go 3 miles AND run get me a bite to eat! LOL I am going to really cut down on what I eat at lunch. Maybe even not even eat a true lunch sometimes...maybe just a piece of fruit or something. I find that after I've walked really hard, I'm not really even hungry. So I'm going to try this plan and see what happens. I have got to lose this fat middle I have. It's gross. I look like a candy apple...I have these stick legs and this big bulbous body. That's my motivation. Thank God I found Endomondo!

I am seeing a trend that by the end of the day I am hungry. So I'm going to start eating a really good supper. I'm going to eat enough to satisfy me all night. When I try to cut back my dinner, i wake up starving. I don't think that is good.

So now I am off to face this wonderful God given day! hope you have a great one too!

That is the same way my mom was built, she used to say Barrel body with legs. She had a big middle and giant boobs, with little tiny stick legs.

Unfortunately I inherited my dads body, and he was big, all over, even super tall. So my sister and I both have big legs and hips, she has a big booty and the apple body.

I promise today to keep my calories in check and stay really low on the sodium. I'm going to juice most of my food today and try to eat as natural as possible. Goal is to stay away from processed foods.

My walk yesterday was rough. My shins were hurting the whole way, but I did it. I walked to the South on the Ladiga trail. Never have gone that direction before, but it was nice. There is a creek there and it was really pretty. It would be a nice place to take pictures. I'd really like to get on a bicycle and go as far as I could on that trail. Some parts of it are too remote to go it alone though. Like to the north. It's all hidden, and I was just a little scared when I went that direction. I don't think I'll go that way again.

I did jog a good bit too. 1/4 miles at a time. So I'm improving. It actually made my shins feel better to lightly jog instead of walking. But dang I was tired and sweaty when I got back. It still took me 38 minutes to get in those 2 miles. I was hoping to improve that to at least 37 minutes. I was close! So Close! But the pain got me in the end! I hope I get to walk today. It's raining out right now and it's not looking too good at the moment. We'll see.

My living room is still clean, as is my kitchen. I think the best thing I have done is take up my rug and get Lettie's toy box out of here! The toys are in my bedroom, and believe it or not she plays with them in there and doesn't drag them in here...and she puts them back in the box when she's done. YAY!

I'm almost ready for everyone to be here Thursday...almost. I have to get the tables and chairs from the church and I need to decorate my mantle. I did decide to skip the stairs. It would be too enticing for Lettie when she comes down them!

OK I'm rambling. My promise for today. Get in at least 30 minutes of some kind of real exercise. If I can't go for a walk today, I WILL do my 2 mile (at least) Leslie Sansone WATP Express tape I have at work! There, that will work!

The rain has held off...so I got in my 2 mile walk. Although I had to slow it down today and only jogged a very short stint. My shins are really hurting. I stretched and everything but they just hurt. I'm tired today...maybe the weather is playing a huge part in that...it's sooo humid. I felt like I had been in the rain when I got back...but I did it, and I've eaten very well today. It's gonna come in as a great day! I just wish my scales would show a drop soon.

    That is all.

I will stay within my calorie and sodium targets today. I set my calories at maintenance for a 180 lb person. Yes I weigh 245 now, PUKE

That means I've gained almost the entire 85 lbs I lost with CK back. PUKE again.

I will go do my WATP video now, and I will hit the gym for another 30 mins on the ET when childcare opens at 9.

I will quit feeling sorry for myself and start loving myself and understanding what my body and mind have been going thru.

Girl....YOU ARE GROWING A NEW LIFE! Cut yourself some slack. You can get this off again after Rocco gets here. Just keep your gaining in check and you'll be fine.

I'm not making any promises today. I may take a lazy day. We'll see. If I have time this afternoon, I'll go walk but I'm not promising! Nope, not gonna do it.

I have a little straigtening up to do today, but thankful that my house is clean and ready for company! I'm thankful that I do not have to make the dressing this year! I didn't do too good with it last year! LOL

So here's to a day off. Going to get my hair colored...I'm thinking about going brown for a change...a lighter brown, but still brown! LOL I wish I could just color it all gray. My gray is really pretty but I'm afraid I'll just look OLD...;(

Okay 1 WATP video tape done...282 calories per HRM

Then 1 hour walking with Nicholas before the mall opened. Lots of creepy men walking around in there, not exercising either just milling, one was hiding behind a post and when we came around the corner started headed towards he and I and it would have backed us into a corner, he scared Nicholas when he saw him and Nicholas took off running the other way, I put my keys between my knuckles and veered off, you ain't about to corner this mama bear. He started trying to talk to me and I just looked at him crazy and hollered for Nicholas to get back by me and kept walking. The freaks come out at holidays'

We have walked at that old mall so many times and never had an issue. But I noticed there were a lot less older people and more lone men just milling around (they don't have jobs).

Anyway that was 3 miles in an hour and burned....495 calories.

Good think cause I ate 2 donuts for breakfast.

AWESOME job Katrina!!!! I have to admit, I did NOTHING yesterday. But I did go brown with my hair color...It still has blonde in it, enough to make me still be a blonde, but now it looks like my real blonde, that turned dark in the winter! LOL No gray, well there are a few strands, but they blend in...it is like I have 4 colors in my hair now...it turned out really nice.

    HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Thom just got the turkey in the oven...it has to cook for 4 hours....it's a 14lb bird. I have 12 people eating here tonight. We are eating at my in laws for lunch then coming home to prepare for everyone coming over around 4 today! I'm cooking green beans, fried okra and baked beans, a pineapple casserole, a cake and a strawberry cobbler....YUMMMMM, my mom is bringing homemade mac and cheese, the dressing, and who knows what else...we will have plenty of food. There will be no time to exercise (yes I could be right now, but my tummy is not feeling too spiffy at the moment).

OK Off to make the chocolate pies!

wowzer 2 Thanksgiving day meals. Girl you better get you some tums and drink lots of water.

We are going to my grandmother's. I brought a smoked ham and apple pie yesterday. She will make dressing, mac and cheese, green beans, peas, pecan pie, mashed potato's, sweet potato's (2 types of potato's OMG), rolls, lemon pound cake (just for my husband), chocolate pie, and a turkey. My uncle is also bringing another turkey.

Small family coming this year though there will only be 6 adults and 3 kids.

We opted not to go to hattisburg and since the weather is going to be nasty, rainy, and cold tonight, I"m glad. I will be even happier when my afternoon nap time hits and I can come get in my own bed or couch to rest. That baby has be on a schedule, by 1:30 I almost pass out i'm so sleepy.

I hope rick's family won't be bent out of shape cause we didn't go. Oh well. like he said he is treated like the red headed step child anyway.

My sister is in atlanta with her in laws, and my cousins FIL is in hospice as of last week so they are spending it there and sending the kids to my granmother's today.
