Ohhhhhmigod. That was so much harder at night. I am EXHAUSTED from a long day + working at the bar, but I did it! No excuses. I committed myself online and I just can't sleep at night when I lie on the internets...
W1D2 goes a little something like this:
10+12+8+8+15=53 full push-ups

Way to bust those pushups out at 4am, Meag! Seconding both new emoticons.
W2D1: 4+6+4+4+5 = 23 toe push-ups (just couldn't push that last one out on the max set - but I'll get it on Tues)

I missed day W1D3 last Friday so I decided to start all over again this week. Completed rank 1 of W1D1 last night and man was it harder than last week. But I can't wait to get me some beefy arms!!! :noway:0

Ok alls- I HAVE been doing my push ups (W3 repeat- seems to be where i always get stuck) I just have been finishing them just before I need to leave for work so no time to update. yest i finished W3 D2 and I'll see how I feel tomorrow- I might repeat it (Im not 100% confident on my form for the last couple)
so yest: 14+19+14+14+17 (the last two were just poor-ish)= 780 -
My body is killing me today but I'm going to try W1D1 again (repeat!) at rank 3 and see how I fair. Thanks for the motivation Gonks!

I keep forgetting to post hehe, well here is my update.
I finished my 2nd round of week 1 last week and started W2D1 on Tuesday-14-14-10-10-15
W2D2 is tonight so I will keep you all posted0 -
I too keep forgetting to post my updates, but today I FINALLY COMPLETED W3D2 (last time round I would fall apart on the last set and try to move on the D3 anyway, then have to repeat the whole week.) So Sat will try w3d3 and will try to remember to post on that:

Well I've fallen harddd off the wagon. Not sure when I'll get back on but I can't make any promises right now. Did 15 push-ups in Bootcamp today and that's about it.
Maybe I'll give it a go Saturday, unless I go to Body Flex in the AM.
