    i'm a bit worried about this challenge now - I have some new digital scales and they aren't as number friendly as my old scales!

    Today's weigh in: 174.4.....I lost 1.4 pounds

    It's a slow start but I guess it's better than nothing...

    It will just make me try harder this week!

    Lost 1 lb. YAY! These next 9 lbs. are the last I have to lose so will be HARD. Have a great weekend and stay away from the candy bowl!!!!!!

    I might not be able to update the chart this week and I am pretty sure my weight is up right now. My sister in-law lost her baby this weekend so everything is up in the air right now.

    I think i am going to wait till tuesday to do my weigh in. Its been a rough couple of days and my eating has been horrible. That and my sleeping is out of wack too.

    Hey there . . I was not able to submit my weight on Friday as I did not have access to a computer . . but it remained the same . . 199 . .

    Food challenge for the week is to only eat out only 1 time in the next 7 days...
    I did manage to get all of my exercise last week. I thinks we will agian go for 220 min of exercise.

    If anyone has sugestions for challenges just let me know.

    we also had some good weight loss this week fitwhole lost 2.8 lbs and loxleys lost 3 lbs

    So a great start for some. Personal I went in the wrong direction this week, so I am up to 206. Just means I have to work a little harder this comming week.
