    This is Pops weekend off we alway eat out alot while running around. I will get no structured workout. He is only off every other weekend. All I do is just try to make the best choices for me and get in a much activity as possible. We will see how I did on Monday.

  • I don't have fifty pounds left to lose but I'm with you guys....I'm hoping for twenty more lost by New Years Day...that will be my goal.

    For the weekend I am really careful that I make my calories! Try to preplan things... like my buddy has a bday this weekend that the boys are gonna head out for, well then I will try to eat a little less to make sure I have a few extra calories for the night, maybe even get a run in or something to build myself a little wiggle room. Then that night have a few bevvies but no snacking...

    It is all about staying cognizant of your choices and always make conscious decisions. I know if it was easy I wouldn't be here... but I think we can make it that easy.

    Ok 50-pounders, what is your game plan for this weekend?

    Do you struggle with the weekend food intake? Evenings out? Parties to attend? :drinker:

    What about workouts and weekend activities? What do you have planned, what obstacles do you anticipate ahead and what are you planning to do to mitigate these issues as they arise? :noway: :happy:

    Lets talk weeeekends!!!!!!!!

    Tonight is up for grabs, but I'm throwing a pre-holiday party on Saturday. So I've tried to incorporate some healthier versions of some tasty foods everyone enjoys. So the main meal is layered zucchini in place of lasagna. However, it's my roommates birthday month, so there will be cake that I will try to avoid. Sunday, I've planned a day of relaxation and pampering. Also, I will make it my mission to workout hardcore over the weekend! :o)

    My mini goal for myself was to lose 15 lbs before my holiday vacation visiting the fam. I will be there for 18 days. So I really need to stay focused with all the holiday treats and being on vacation for such a long period of time. I'll be in Colorado Springs, so if anyone has any suggestions of places to go and fun things to do, please tell!!!

    I just saw on Baino's blog he was hit by a car will he was on his bike yesterday. He broke is arm, collarbone, and got a concussion.

    I know that I'm close to a week late, but I'd love to join in the 50lb off by June! I need support like crazy and this seems like it would help. My goal weight is to loose 50lbs, so this is perfect and it will be right before my 26th birthday! Very exciting! Good luck everyone!

    You guys ROCK!!!:bigsmile:

    I was only able to use my Wii walking it out for 10 before my feet and knees were hurting but it said I burned 65 calories. After adding the exercise I was 66 calories under on my daily calories. Funny how that worked out for me.:wink:

    I rarely get to post on the weekends that Pops is off. We will be running errands tomorrow and Sunday we are going to the race. I love Nascar!

    So everyone have a great weekend. Stay focused.

    Had a good day today. Under calories, 10 cups water, only exercise was cleaning around the house and chasing my little 1 year old boy and 50 pushups..but I'm still tired! haha...

    Everyone is doing so great!

    BAINOS...I'm soo sorry to hear about your accident. Praise God you are only injured! I'm sure you feel horrible, but know that we are praying for you. Hugs!!

    You're all doing so well. It almost makes me embarrassed to report yesterday’s activities. :blushing: Although I did do some walking, it clearly didn't make up for the timbits, pizza, beer and wine I got into. I'm not sure when exactly I lost control ... maybe it was after the effects of a few beer. Well, today’s a new day and I'll have to keep in mind that the past is over and done with. Now I'll move on. Again, way to go to all of you. Keep up the good work.

  • I pretty much havent posted all week. I have been trying to move rooms around in my house and with a crawling baby, moving furniture has been a workout in it self. I havent done much this week because of the moving things around cause I dont have the room to even move around the toys and furniture in way lol. The hubby is home this weekend so he will help me get the house back in order and the workouts will be back come monday.

    Everyone is doing so well. Keep up the good work.

    I may not make it in for the weigh in tomorrow, so I wanted to go ahead and post my weigh in results for the week. I lost 3 pounds this week and now weigh 194! YAY!!!
