Very inspiring! It's so easy to point to flaws. I find myself wanting to do so every day but I fight it. Because I'm beautiful and I matter.0

Yowza! You look amazing!
A couple of questions for you, if you don't mind... Have you had your body fat measured? Just curious... Also, any special ab workouts?
Thanks!0 -

I haven't, outside of a visual body fat % analysis by Sara & Sidesteel in the Eat, Train, Progress group. At 150 lbs I was put at around 31% BF (I felt like after 20 lb loss, I wanted to see where I was), then again recently I was put at 17%. If I had the money, I'd do a dexascan or something, just for curiosity!
No isolation exercises ever. Just compound movements like deadlifts and squats I think helped the most to retain muscle there. When it comes to fat loss, genetics is key. My original goal weight was 125 lbs but I had to get to about 118 lbs before I had a real noticeable change in my stomach.
Key thing for lean is moderate deficit , a good amount .of protein (typically 1g per pound of lean body mass ) and some form of resistance training program, heavy lifting is one of the best0 -
Late to the party, as usual, but couldn't not comment on the awesome! Great work.0
