Wow this is so inspirational to read. From my highest weight, I had probably 175lbs to lose, and I can say that I've lost (and kept off) 70lbs. But this is just what I need to hear to kick me back into gear. Congratulations to you!0

That is amazing!! You look awesome!! Congratulations on your success!!! I am new to MFP. I did WW before and lost 60lbs but gained it back and then some. So far MFP seems to be working well for me and easy to follow. I have my first weigh in on Tuesday. Can I ask how long you workout? I am doing about 20 min a day and have done 3 days so far this week.
I workout about 10 hours a week, I average 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I say " average" cause that is how it turns out, 2 nights a week I work out anywhere from 2-3 hours, the other 3 days 1-2 hours.
ALOT....
Wow that is a lot! Is that how much you were working out when you started MFP?0 -

About half that much when I first started. I never saw the point of driving all the way to the gym for 20 minutes on the treadmill, I always stayed at least 1 hour.0 -

THANK YOU! I love seeing the before and after pictures. You are so inspirational to me. I still have a long way to go but I love seeing this. It's like you said in your response to one of the posts on here. The time is going to pass anyway so why not try to improve yourself and feel healthier while it does? I get so upset with myself sometimes when I think of all the years I lost - fist by getting to the size I am and secondly staying that size for so long. I'm learning to look forward to feeling better everyday instead of dwelling on the past. Congratulations on your success, you truly look amazing!0

You look fabulous! Thank you for sharing your story with us. Whether our goal is 10lbs or 100lbs or more...it tough to look down the whinding road and see where we want to be **we know where we want to be!!!**. But sometimes we hit the bumps in the road that take us off our path. But as long as we stay focused and look ahead we will get where we are going! And you my friend are just about there! so with a success story as grand as yours...it encourages us to continue our own path!
You can and will do it!!!!!

Yes I do have loose skin. I have done everything they way they suggest. Lose slowly , drink lots of wateer, use weights in my exercising, I have lots of muscle, but lots of skin too. It had been stretched out for 20 years, I had to expect it.
But, its better than fat filled skin0 -
Amazing job! Truly inspiring!0

Simply Amazing!!! I love it!!! I can't wait to get that feeling.....2 years from now, lol!!! You look great!!0
