I've been pretty much at a standstill since I made this thread. Maybe my body thinks I'm done...but I'm not! I want to be able to say I lost 100lbs and I don't think 118 is too low for someone my size, so I'm going to keep at it! Winter is brutal!0

I cannot cope with dividing all these lbs into 14 so I know what you're on about but the photos look amazing! You said you do mostly walking but that stomach is amazing! How much toning stuff are you doing? I'm 5'1" so seeing the changes in the bodies of real women are such a fab motivation.0

Wowwee! You did AWESOME! And your skin responded beautifully to the reduced size!0

I don't do any toning really, but I do hold my abs in while I walk. The pic may look like I have hard abs, but I don't...it's a bit flabby and I do have loose skin, it's just hidden in my jeans.

Winter is here again which means less walking outside & less exercise in general. I gained a few pounds during the holidays and have kinda slacked off with logging everything lately, but I'll be back at it full force come spring. I am NOT going back to 218 again!!0

It took me almost 2 years and I've eaten different levels of calories from 1800 a day to 1200 a day. With no exercise I maintain at about 1300 a day.
