    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? not only got exercise but spent the day cleaning up our large carport under our deck.
    What would I have done differently? so hungry for lunch we had a quick drive in meal so we could get back to work on the clean up
    What is today's personal goals? keep calories down, eat clean andI already got some exercise

    9.7 Sun- yard work... 180 minutes
    9.8 Mon- yoga, 20 minutes
    9.9 Tues- some leisurely walking around mall, Target
    9.10 Wed- no exercise
    9.11 Thurs- yoga, 20 minutes and 1789 steps with my new Fitbit One
    9.12 Fri- fitbit one, 7649 steps
    9.13 Sat- fitbit one, 10, 013 steps, 3+ miles
    9.14 Sun- fitbit one, 11, 176 steps, 3+ miles

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No. I tracked but wish I hadn't! LOL
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing in regards to my eating! Increased to 4% grade on 1/3 of my 2 treadmill sessions.
    What would I have done differently? Hadn't have had a couple indulgences! But sometimes it's just worth it!
    What is today's goal? Going out for lunch and some tours with our ladies church group so don't do damage with my calories again! Increase to 4% grade on 1/2 of my treadmill sessions

    Last week - nice variety. Plan to mix it up this week too.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate clean and organized a day trip for 20 ladies from our church. Exhausted but was very rewarding and glad they enjoyed themselves. I got many thanks from them.

    What is today's goal? Busy day tomorrow. Walk on lunch if can and 30 min on treadmill when get

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 10,000+ steps - 2 walks - one during the day and the other when my daughter was in dance class.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goals? I didnt get walk in at lunch but did do treadmill when I got home tonight!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate clean, stopped to see parents on way to work. They are home from Florida for a month. Didn't get a chance to eat much today. Good thing since I didn't get a chance to exercise much either!
    What would I have done differently? Taken the time for a short walk at lunch.
    What is today's goal? Do treadmill before leaving for work and more tomorrow night.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goals? Yes. Did treadmill before work and tonight. I wouldn't have done double tonight so good thing I did one session this morning even though I didn't want to!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate well when could have easily blew it! Just one of those days! Rose elevation on treadmill to 4% grade for 40 of the 65 minutes.
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten a little of chocolate during a meeting but got it out of my system and still stayed under calories for the day.
    What is today's goal? Do treadmill before leaving for work and more tomorrow night.

    Ladies -
    If you want me to keep track of a weekly weigh in just provide me with your start weight (Sunday 9/21) and goal weight for December 21st. I'll keep a spread sheet. I was also thinking about posting our mood when we check in. I find it has a lot to do with what/when I eat. Just some ideas to mix it up. How about something if we meet our goal? How about finding something new to try? a healthy food, a new workout. Any suggestions?

    KRISTEN - Sorry I spelled your name wrong. :wink: Yes, start the new topic on Sunday. :drinker:
    Also my start weight when I started this journey was 191.8 and I will post my current weight
    on Sunday Sept. 21st.
    My ticker weight is 168.0 and that is what I am working to get back to that weight. I will not change my
    ticker until I reach that weight again.
    Emotion is playing a big part in my gain right now. A very good friend of mine is in Palliative care
    and I have been eating good but also eating junk because I feel so bad for her and I am comforting myself. :brokenheart:
    So, as of today no more cookies and donuts to comfort myself and getting back on track. :grumble:

    What would I have done differently? Not ate that cookie last night, and not had Chinese after visiting my
    friend in he hospital.
    What is today's personal goals? Get my exercise in this morning, track everything, drink water, and get
    back on track.

    Honestly, Kristen. What I really like about this thread is the simplicity of it. It keeps us accountable, etc. I like that we can support each other and cheer each other on, etc. And, yet... I like that it does not have an expectation of doing this or that. No requirements. Just keeping it simple. I don't mind a weight chart if y'all want to. But, please let's not make it like one of those groups.

    I like that anyone can just join in whenever they want. I like that it is on the Message Boards instead of in Groups.

    Thank you so much for starting these every season. And, doing this. I told myself a few weeks, ago, that I need to stay out of the Groups as they don't seem to be working for me and then I just feel bad if I don't reach my goal or if I don't stick with it. Also, I told myself to come back here to your thread and just keep up with Daily Check-In... here. Y'all are all so nice and interesting. I appreciate everyone who posts in your threads.
