What is today's personal goals? check in , track food, drinks lots of water and go to the Y. Not the most active week so far. The humidity has been pretty high the past couple of days. Trying to adjust. My Y does not have sufficient AC. I drove by yesterday - the front doors are open and there is one AC unit in the cardio room. The cardio room does not have doors so I am sure it was not pleasant in there. Going to try today...

are you open to new people? If so, how does this work? I am a yoyo when it comes to losing weight and disciplined living. I really need someone who will help me stay on track and keep me accountable. Not sure if this group is for that or not but thought I'd check. thanks.

    Hi Ladies
My vacation didn't go as planned. My husband's back went out and was flat for most of the time
and MIL ended up in the hospital for the week. So we started out sailing but had to return
due to my husband's back which he is still dealing with. My MIL is back into her apt and we
are now taking care of her. So I will begin as of today. With all the stress and emotion I
did gain 4 pounds so working on that right now to get back down to where I was. Then keep
    on going.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? NO
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? NO but I did keep up with my walking last week.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Take care of my MIL and husband.
What would I have done differently? Probably ate better for the week
What is today's personal goals? Start back on tracking and drinking my water and work
    on these 4 pounds gained.

Mon - MIL home from hospital and staying at her house until returning home.
Tues - Travelled home and got my husband and MIL home.

Sorry I've been MIA on here. It usually takes me a while to pick up a new routine when school lets out and I was out of town this week for work. With the exception of the 4th of July weekend I've been making some good food choices. I'm really trying to focus on what\how much I put into my body and steps rather then focusing on how many calories I can burn. At some point I'm hoping it all comes together. Tuesday I will be 45 :-) Need to take care of myself. My mom passed away from septic shock and complete organ failure (as a result of undiagnosed kidney disease) back in Jan. I need to make sure that my insides are getting the best stuff. Thursday my daughter and I are heading to Disney for 7 days. I am sure I will be doing a ton of walking. I can't wait to see how many steps my Fitbit registers. Have a great day ladies!
