What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made lots of low-carb recipes and made a plan for today
What would I have done differently? gotta get away from the sweets - didn't need root beer float

What is today's personal goals? track, hopefully get to step or body pump - my schedule is a bit up in the air for today and tonight so I can't plan on anything yet :frown:

ISTPAUL: I will have to read your site at another time. Packing today for our long weekend on the boat.
My oldest daughter gave up sugar, I forget for how many days now, but it was difficult. She did this
on a web site and joined for $175 and you got all the support from the web site and the girl that
created it.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I didn't track dinner last night . We had a BBQ at the boat,
ribs, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I did get a 12 miles bike ride in.

What is today's personal goals? Tracking my food, drinking my water, exercise, done

Whoops! Guess I forgot to post yesterday morning! Oh well....here goes Thursday results! Only 2 lbs to ONEderland!!!!! I should get there before vacation is over! What a good incentive that will be to keep going for when we get home!

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I used some of my exercise calories but I did increase my elevation on treadmill to 2%.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? We walked our normal 2 hours but did many more hills and when we indulged for lunch we made up for it at night to stay within calories.
What would I have done differently? Made better lunch choice
What is today's personal goals? We head home on Thursday. Want to be under 200 by then. 1.5 to go!
