    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, used some of my exercise credits
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did some hiking
    What would I have done differently? Took another walk in the afternoon but we were pooped!
    What is today's personal goals? Increase my treadmill time to another .5 grade


    Sun - 90 min walking and 30 min treadmill. Lost more weight but not my day to officially check in. This is a lot of work but husband &i doing it together on vacation with no distractions helps
    Mon - 2 1/2 hours walking & treadmill. We are both seeing results and that certainly makes this easier
    Tues - 90 minutes walking & 20 min treadmill
    Wed - 45 min walk, 45 min hike, and 20 min treadmill
    Thurs -

    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? drink water, exercise and track everything. Still trying
    to lose vacation weight.

    Mon - Biking 12 miles
    Tues - Walking 2 miles - Weights/Strength 30 min
    Wed - Biking 11 miles
    Thurs- Trail walking, speed walking, 3 miles

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Planned and stayed below all nutrional goals and Losing weight every day!! :heart:
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Increase my treadmill time to another .5 grade

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Planned, got to eat fried fish & chips & ice cream and only used a few exercise calories
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Don't use exercise calories

    What would I have done differently? Ate more protein
    What is today's personal goals? Don't use exercise calories

    What is today's personal goals? Try to get rid of this stomach flu. Still staying on point and
    drinking my water, but no exercise until I feel better.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I had a bad migraine and still managed to get a light work out in-- better than nothing!
    What would I have done differently? Stayed on the elliptical for my full 30 minutes :(
    What is today's personal goals? do better today at the gym! as long as their are no headaches!

    I am new to this board, but it seems to be very interactive. I have been on a plateau for a few months and am really frustrated. I think I am eating well and exercising well, but this will help me stay accountable.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? YES
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed away from the heavy carb dinner and ate a salad and fruit
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten Mexican food for lunch!
    What is today's personal goals? More water - 64 oz today.

    Sun - elliptical 30 min
    Mon - run/jog 30 min/walk 30 min

    Hi all, well my experiment with Weight Watchers was a 'fail' ... so I'm back, I need to get back to tracking here.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got up for step at 6am
    What would I have done differently? did NOT need 2 bagels!!!! and 2 cookies at bedtime!!!
    What is today's personal goals? I'm here - that's my goal for today

    Mon - 60 minutes step - DONE
    Tues - 30 minutes walk
    Wed - 45 minutes step, 30 minutes pump
    Thurs - 45 minutes step
    Fri - 60 minutes step

    lstpaul! It's been forever! Good to see you! (Not that I'm glad that WW didn't work for you but it's good to have you back). I was MIA until a couple weeks ago! I've lost 8 lbs in about 3 weeks. Vacationing in colorado for a month and husband and I are walking and treadmilling like crazy and watching what we eat! Both of us working together and away from normal life is working really well! Good luck to you on your journey!

    WW plan, I am sorry it didn't work, but I have heard too many people doing it and have failed.
    I think they have to revamp or something to get people to stay. I know I am a lifetime member
    and I don't want to go back either. I enjoy this post here and it makes me accountable. :bigsmile:
    I have been on MFP for 4 years now this month, and I plan on staying.

    Exercising has been a bust this week so far. I hope to get feeling better soon and get back at it.

    I'm back from Walt Disney World. My daughter and I had a fantastic time. Our first day there we walked over 26,000 steps. Looking forward to getting back in to a routine. :-)

    What would I have done differently? spread out my calories limit more evenly, I ate around 1000 calories in one meal T_T then got so hungry at 9 PM

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a run when I REALLY didn't feel like it.
    What would I have done differently? probably filled up on veggies earlier in the day so I wasn't hungry the whole darn day.
    What are today's personal goals? check in , track food, drinks lots of water, go for a run, stay within calorie range

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Not much, very lazy, it was humid and warm.
    What would I have done differently? Took a long walk. No excuse.
    What is today's personal goals? Drink water, sodium on the weekend. Track everything, lose some
    weight before we go on vacation again. ;)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Was able to eat a ton of food and still keep my calories very low.
    What would I have done differently? written down things as I ate them, because at the end of the night I realized I had eaten an additional thing that pushed me over my calorie goal.
    What is today's personal goals? Get my workout in.

    Mon - 45 min. conditioning circuit training class, 2 hours kickboxing
