    I am actually checking in in the morning but that is because I didn't check in yesterday and don't need to work at one of my jobs today. I have been staying very low in my calories and yesterday I was hungry. If I do well the rest of the week it should be fine.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? can't think of anything
    What would I have done differently? checked in,
    What is today's personal goals? I already went for a run, so drink my water

    Mon - parked a long way from work and took a short walk with my family
    Tues - aquafit
    Wed - none
    Thurs - interval running

    Hmmmm. Looks like I missed checking in Wednesday too! Hmmmmm......Oh well! Yesterday we went to the State Fair so didn't track but we ate pretty well and did hours of walking!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made pretty good food choices at the fair. Planned! Also did treadmill when we got home.

    What is today's personal goals? Get 2 hours of exercise in


    Sun - 1 hour walk and 30 min treadmill. (3 elevation @ 2.5 mph)
    Mon - 1 hr cleaning, 45 min walk, and 30 min treadmill
    Tues - 1 hr cleaning, 1 hr walk, and 30 min treadmill

    This is my first time checking in. I like the idea! Great motivation. Today marks 2 weeks and I'm a little frustrated at how slowly my weight is coming off. I know it's the best way...slow and steady. just need to stay motivated!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to a hamburger joint and instead of having the yummy cheeseburger and fries I opted for a buffalo burger on whole wheat with a side salad and water.
    What would I have done differently? packed my lunch!
    What is today's personal goals? take the stairs when I leave work

    Sun - 1 hr cleaning go for a walk
    Mon - take the stairs & go for a walk
    Tues - take the stairs & go for a swim
    Wed - take the stairs & go for a walk
    Thurs - take the stairs & go for a swim

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Converted our office into workout room! HA! Funny how our priorities change! :laugh:
    What would I have done differently? Made sure I got more exercise.
    What is today's personal goals? Finish getting house back in order.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Over on my sodium gal AND used some of my exercise calories! :angry:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No. Almost but rained all day so couldn't get outside
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Started including strength exercise in my workout. We got everything put into the new workout room.
    What would I have done differently? Made sure I got more exercise.
    What is today's personal goal? 2 hour exercise and stay w'in calories

    I've been gone a long time from this group, but I'm ready to come back, again... if it's okay.

    I know the Summer is almost over, but I'll see what I can do.

    I hope you all have been well.

    Current weight: 142.5 lbs.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stuck to my food plan for the day & thus stayed under in calories.
    What would I have done differently? more exercise
    What is today's personal goals? stick to the food plan and do some sort of exercise.

    Goal a the end of summer (Sept. 21st ?) - 140 lbs. (about 1/2 lb / week ?)
    Additional goal: to be exercising more and being under in calories more consistently.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did Zumba on Saturday morning. It's the first time since the beginning of July. Invited my step-daughter and grandchildren over for a cookout yesterday.

    I'd like to join this post! I need accountability and motivation...

    I did really well from Mid Dec when I started until the middle of June when I moved in with the bf. Since then, I have struggled with finding time to get my workouts in and haven't logged/ ate as well as I should be. Currently, I should be able to get a walk or a quick JM DVD in on Mon-Weds till the end of summer. The rest of the week is filled with car shows and weekend trips to the lake.

    Current weight: 176.6

    What would I have done differently?

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes! I'm pleasantly surprised! :bigsmile: I didn't use exercise calories either!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Not quite! Still adjusting to my home gym and heat & humidity.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within calories despite eating a couple of snacks
    What would I have differently? Start exercising earlier in the day to get it all in.
    What is today's personal goal? 2 hour exercise and stay w'in calories

    Hello Friends, I am back at it. Got back on Monday late afternoon so I will be officially starting
    today back at tracking my eating, exercise and anything else I can think of too track. :laugh:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, just got back and eating wasn't exactly great with
    a wedding which lasted two nights. :noway:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Probably not, so much rain no exercise all weekend.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Helped my MIL clean out some things from her house
    to bring back to her apartment. She is no longer going to the cottage/house anymore. :cry:
    What would I have done differently? Exercised and not tried everything to eat at the wedding. :grumble:
    What is today's personal goals? Back on track, more water, exercise.
