Just give yourself a mid July start amount. If you think you would run 50 miles in a month set your goal to 25. Don't let the whole month go by.

That's a great start! When I started to run, about a year ago, I thought this is nuts I HATE THIS! But my daugther challenged me to run a 5K with her and I had 3 months to train. Once I got going I realized I love to run and run all the time now. Hang in there!

On July 1 I came down with something. Initially I thought it was a bad cold, but now think it might have been bronchitis or possibly walking pneumonia (had that once before). It put paid to any running. Even walking upstairs triggered coughing fits. So I have adjusted my running goal for July to 50 miles, since today was my first run in 11 days. I ran 2.2 miles today.

Been running and walking but not ticking so catching up. This is a combo of running/walking miles, but my goal is to cover 100 running

It's been a long time since I have posted. I'll get my ticker working in a sec

  • Im starting this one mid way through july, so im going to make my goal an easy one :D
36 Running miles is my goal!

Luckily i've managed to keep track of my miles on my nike+ running app

I'd cover walking miles way too easily as im a postwoman, so its all running!

Going well considering we've had two weeks of foul weather - rain and gale-force winds!
