Week # 4 – August 25 -- Goal 600 minutes: I'm going to push AGAIN myself this week. I was so close last week.
Mon: 96 mins (spin & weight training)
Tue: 122 mins (spin & weight training)
Wed: 44 mins (walking)
Thur: 107 mins (Pilates & walking)
Fri: 96 spin & weight training)
Sat: 87 mins (walking)
Sun: 0 mins (walking)
Total / min left: 552/48 I guess I should've gone on my walk yesterday lol0 -
