    I like this idea! Here's mine so far:

    8/1: 10 min jogging, 50 min walking
    8/2: 60 min walking

    2 hours down, 22 to go!

    8/01 ...................................... Cleaned 75 minutes
    8/02 ...................................... Ran for 2 miles (avg pace 10'00") for 20 minutes and then walked for 40 minutes. Additional walk after dinner - 3.0 pace for 45 minutes Total: 105 minutes
    8/03 ...................................... Walked 3.5 pace for 50 minutes

    Minutes Completed: ............ 230 minutes
    Minutes to Goal: ................. 1,210 minutes

    8/03 - unscheduled rest day :cry: (Didn't get home from church until 10:15pm. Haven't had supper. Food won over workout)

    I'm assuming we don't edit our original post but correct me if I'm wrong. Please.

    Also, I've just started trying to build up endurance after a major knee injury so my activities out of the pool do not add up to much.

    8/1 - 45 minutes water aerobics, 70 minutes free swim, 5 minutes strength training
    8/2 - 2 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes cycling, 18 minutes dog walk, 5 minutes strength training
    8/3 - 5 minutes strength training
    8/4 - 45 minutes free swim, 5 minutes strength training

    Total time: 205 minutes
    Time remaining: 1235 minutes
