    I am a little late because I just found this thread. I get most of my exercise through cycling and some walking.

    The week of August 4-10 I exercised 714 minutes.
    The week of August 11-17 I exercised 591 minutes.

    Total so far is 1305 minutes or 21.75 hours.

    This is really inspiring!! I started working out this spring, and was mostly sticking to 30 minute sessions. I've had great results, but realized the only way to do better is to do more. So the last few weeks I've been running longer and doing longer strength/resistance workouts. This month, so far, I've done about 9 hours, but I hope to join a September 24 hour forum and will work towards hitting that goal. Thanks for the motivation!
