    I made the time, but not my distance goal. Next month I know I will do better.

    Well, I'm not going to make it this month. I had a week there where I was working an overnight shift which threw things off. I still have three days left and I'll get closer. Next month will be a different story!

    8/4 - 34 minutes walking the dogs, 65 minutes bike riding
    8/5 - 70 minutes bike riding
    8/9 - 75 mins walking
    8/11 - 25 minutes walking the dogs, 75 minutes bike riding
    8/12 - 79 minutes bike riding
    8/20 – 77 minutes walking
    8/21 – 83 minutes bike riding
    8/23 – 118 minutes hiking in the mountains
    8/24 – 17 minutes walking the dogs, 46 minutes bike riding
    8/25 – 19 minutes walking the dogs, 51 minutes bike riding
    8/26 – 14 minutes walking the dogs
    8/28 – 45 minutes bike riding


    Total hours so far: 14 hrs 53 mins
    Hours left: 9 hrs 7 mins
