IMPROVED WITH EXERCISE AND MOSTLY IMPROVED BY SURGURY.
I love SURGURY foods.
I just had three cupcakes.... it's all the sugary I can handles
I say you go for four. Even numbers in sugary foods are healthiest.
then, I shall retreat to my fortress of evil
I'm just gonna wait outside your fortress and hope that there are some leftovers.

Ok I admitted I was wrong, apologized, humbled myself (beat me please! lol lol ) and you all won't stop what do you want, my BLOOD? HA  Then everyone is posting all their pics (nice) but no one will tell me how to post mine.......
If you have pictures in Photobucket, you would copy the IMG link and paste it, but make the IMG lowercase. I'm going to post a picture. When you quote my post, you'll see what it's supposed to look like. You can also right click on a picture, copy the image location, and paste it between [ img ] and [ / img ], but remove all the spaces.
Thanks I will do that tomorrow.,....Just checking again to see how my "BURNING AT THE STAKE" is going?0 -

Oh and for the record I did not call all men scumbags in fact I LOVE MEN (too much haha) I bashed men that verbally abuse their partners for gaining weight during pregnancy when they have gained weight themselves.....speaking from someone who has been in abusive relationships......0 -

As the woman who posted the nice stomach thread it was all about losing belly fat. We often see people come in wanting to target belly fat, so I made that post to try to help. I was 200 pounds when I got pregnant with each of my children and I reached 265 pounds at the end of my second pregnancy. I have loose skin and stretch marks. I will probably never have surgery to remove the skin because frankly I'm cheap. Not everyone will be lucky enough to be able to tuck their skin in like I can, but they can still lose the belly fat.
ETA: It isn't genetics. My entire family is obese.

Ima mumma and I have stretch marks and loose skin and developing abs see profile pic. Whilst the very bottom may always hang a little loose and might need a little nip tuck in the future at least its hanging a lot less loose than it was with all that fat behind it.
Everyone's body is different i had a friend who was teeny at 9 months preggers came back from the hospital with ONE stretch mark and she was back to being a teen tiny size she snapped back in 5 days but it took me years to get my body back so it can be done its based on genetics visible abs are possible for anyone because we ALL have abs its just that we have layers of fat covering them if we burn off the fat we can see the abs simple has nothing to do with having 4 kids.
Also not everyone wants visible abs its a personal preference the ranter of this thread sounds CRAZY OMG SOMEONE GET HER A CHILL PILL wait was I shouting just then.. hmm anyway do what you want with your fitness if you want abs go for it dont let people tell you, no because you've had kids your life and body aint ruined forever its a matter of perspective and putting in the hard work and that's just it isn't it, most people are NOT consistent with their diet and exercise routine they give up and them ***** and cry how they have not gotten the results they wanted.
Here's a head's up everyone you get out what you put in, that rule goes for everything in life, you won't get what you didn't put in simple.0 -

Can I point out that you complaining about unrealistic stomach ideals but you gained 80lbs during 1 pregnancy and expect to have super tight abs? Yeah I agree with you that probably won't ever happen but frankly kinda your fault for gaining that much weight unless you had some sort of medical condition that caused it.
Word of advice for you my dear, spend your mental and physical energy on something more productive than being jealous/complaining about someone else and your life will probably be far happier.
Yeah, that was my first thought also.0 -

I do believe that everyone has different experiences in weight loss with pregnancy, no two people can react the same way to the pregnancy- but I firmly believe that there's always a way to get a body you love to live in as long as you work hard for it and always keep your chin up.0

AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, I HAVE APOLOGIZED. To be honest I did not read the whole thread or much of it before posting, my bad. I have lost all of my belly fat (I weigh 113) I just still have the loose bottom skin which My relative Dr's said (Like I told you) said it was just skin, from stretching, no muscle behind it to work out, just skin and I would need a mini-tummy tuck. I was just repeating what I was told and got ambushed by ya'll. I have not worked out in a year due to back injury and back surgery. I'm 6 weeks into recovery and soon will be able to do exercise. ( I had a plate, 6 screws, and two cages put in around my disks) BUT as soon as I can exercise my abs, I will try these methods you are all talking about, I have just never heard that loose skin from stretching and loosing weight can be exercised away, that's all. So I am excited for when I can try. I don't want to fight anymore with anyone, Good night.0 -

Definition of Toxemia. Toxemia: A condition in pregnancy, also known as pre-eclampsia (or preeclampsia) characterized by abrupt hypertension (a sharp rise in blood pressure), albuminuria (leakage of large amounts of the protein albumin into the urine) and edema (swelling) of the hands, feet, and face.
and IF I was jealous and trying to be like others don't you think I would be running out to get SURGURY? You have totally judged me wrong, and if my words caused that, my bad. My goal is to be as beautiful on the INSIDE as on the outside. That is what is IMPORTANT TO ME. God Bless0 -

Then definitely stop. People who are coming in and just reading the first post, and then popping a gasket, will demand their moment to express their rage. You've already addressed it; no point in engaging with every single person who throws a rock.0 -

Yes, my goal is to be happy in the body I have (and be healthy) and to be beautiful on the INSIDE AND OUT, I'm not saying I've arrived there yet, I'm saying I'm TRYING.0 -
I just also just want to add that I am a mother of two and I have nice abs also. Just wanted to say that.0

You do realize that people are doing the exact same thing here. They are reading your OP and responding. Its pretty common especially as threads get longer. It doesn't matter how much you apologize, a lot of people will respond to your OP.
I know several women IRL who have been able to get abs after babies. One of my friends just competed nationally in bodybuilding 10 months post partum.0 -
Scuse me OP...I just wanted to point out that if you create a thread...people will post in it.0
-
I think it all depends on genetics and how much collagen is in a persons skin.
I know a gal who has had three pregnancies and she has ripped abs! She does an amazing amount of fun exercises with her kids; she roller blades while pushing two kiddo's in a double stroller and the oldest one rides a bike. She also started working with a personal trainer about 4 weeks after the births. She really still looks amazing and she has NO extra skin at all.0 -
and I'm no gross blob, I'm a hottie if I say so myself...for 43 with three grown kids lol.... still, im just saying I did not think my abs could ever go back to what they were before kiddies.....tell me how to post a pic on here and I will show ya'll a before and after pic of my abs...im brave
Stick is not "hottie"0 -
So 113 is a stick? Well honey I will tell you something personal about myself, no matter how much weight I lose even when I'm 100lbs, I can never seem to LOSE MY *kitten*! So I will never be a "STICK"......haha and yes all of you, I know the more I respond the more others will, so I am not checking this AGAIN SHEESH!!!!0
