My favorite exercise I barely consider exercise... hiking. I could hike for hours and hours, days even. I love it, just getting lost in the woods.

Also, trail running and running in general. The only true exercise that I've been able to really stick with, and its like meditation to me.

I've enjoyed yoga classes but I can't get into yoga at home.

I've been lifting weights, but I enjoy it but more for the benefits than the actual doing it. Nevertheless, being strong is empowering.

I think I would enjoy biking if I had a bike and the know-how to mountain bike. Same for kayaking and canoeing.

Without a doubt, swimming (and boogie boarding if an ocean's involved) and hiking in the mountains or long walks around the city.

Walking, I walk 5 miles per day. I've been doing that since the middle of February. I have no joint pain at all. I also have a BowFlex that I use for upper body exercises.

Sadly it's one that requires a workout partner I don't have at the moment.

Get your mind out of the gutter. I meant tennis!

Okay, I lied. I wasn't thinking of tennis at all.

Riding horses was my favorite when I was a kid. If we still had horses it would be now, too. Plus taking care of the giant, hungry and thirsty beasties is a workout in itself.

Swimming is best for my joints but I think when I'm not aching I like running the best.

Weight lifting  , walking:heart: , workout dvds (circuit training), HIIT, running (I'm slowly getting better! lol)
  • I've recently discovered a love for belly dancing. Not the slow-mo stuff but the hard dance workout. I also jog in place, 30 day shred, squats challenge, dancing in general, walking my dog. Whatever strikes my fancy. I gotta have variety or I get bored very quickly.
