here is the chart with the 11 members we have so far...i'm trying to get my sister in maine to join us so she has some accountability with others besides me...
i updated ifychudy weight from yesterday for "next" week as she is not weighing in again until the 17th and i dont want forget and have to go back thru the thread to find her update....anyway....here we are...this is how i will do it once a week - probably on wednesday after i get all the updates for the week....
i changed the chart and now it is too big....grrrr0 -

Started some antibiotics today for a nasty, nasty infection. Hoping it doesn't affect my loss for the week. I need to get back to my regular H2O intake. I've been slacking since just before the Christmas holiday. Tsk tsk.0

well i was 198.6 on saturday 1/1/11 but got up to 205 on sunday/monday because i forgot my water pill sunday...i'm back down to 202 tonight and hope to keep going back down to 198.6 or lower by saturday's weighin....i'm not going to adjust my "check-in" until i get back to were i was or whereever i end up on saturday...0

This week has been hard for some reason. I think I may have to run to the store for some more fruits!! Got my fingers crossed for the weigh in. LOL Good Luck Everyone!!!0

so i jumped on scale yesterday and was down to 202...jumped on again this am and i was down to 198-199 - it kept jumping around.....soooooo, i'm hoping to stay on track for a TRUE loss this saturday......really excited to know i really did just gain because of water weight and am actually getting back down is because of my hard work.....0

never tooo late to join...we havent even had our first official loss weigh in yet.....just give me your starting weight from 1/1 and then give my your weight anytime from 1/7-1/11 and i'll update the chart and post on next wednesday the 12th....0
