Just got home from a girls weekend of heavy drinking (and no eating) in Nashville. Weighed in this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see that I've maintained my current weight. Yippee! I've got quite a bit of stress going on here at home so I'm not expecting much loss in the next few months.

we have lost just under 50lbs among the 15 of us since we started on 1/1....great job folks......keep up the good work and look forward to "seeing" less of you at next week's weigh in

Mind if I join as well? I am trying to lose enough weight to run a 5k this June! My starting weight is 170 and I'd like to lose 1 pound a week too. Thank you! Looking forward to joining you guys!! Sounds like a motivated bunch of people, keep it up!!0

That is a great article - the pictures did more to tell me to not always rely on the scale than all those people who have just told me that! Thanks for sharing!
Today is day 3 - doing great so far. My co-worker and I are walking down 3 flights of stairs and then back up twice each day. I also walk up two flights of stairs at the beginning of the day - I started today actually - with all my gear. We're on the 7th floor, so technically we're working up to doing 8 flights. I think it's going to take me a long time, but I have to start somewhere.
Ready for Friday for sure!

i can not count the number of people who are SHOCKED at my start weight of 253.8 and my highest weight of 263....they argue with me that no way did i weigh that much.....size is relative to how you carry the weight....

I am just reposting last weeks weight because I have been sick all week. I know I am under 200 right now but I think I am still dehydrated.0 -
Well I stayed the same this week, I was really hoping for a pound this week since I'm 1 pound away from my first 10 poounds gone. I guess it will be my goal for next week to be down one pound. Thanks for all the congrats, I usually don't get on here to much so I just read them today. Hope everyone has a good week.
