I have had a pretty good week. Manged to get my exersize in, so I am happy about that. Not great on the food though. Not bad but not great either.

nice to see some other posts....hope everyone is having a good week....i have worked out every day this month if you count my massive cleaning/rearranging/organizing this past sunday....really hoping to keep the scale moving down for this week's weighin....we had chinese tonight (like every thurs) and i need to flush flush flush tomorrow to get the sodium out of my system by saturday's weigh in......take care keep chatting...0

I've decided to manually change my settings on MFP. I was playing around to see what my "maintain" calories would be around Christmas and when I went back to what I thought were my original settings, it dropped me from 1290 to 1210 calories. That may not seem like a lot but I'm having a hard time doing that. It seems like when I'm under, I'm also under my 1200 net and when I'm over I'm WAY over......1290 plus exercise was working for me.
So I've manually set it back to 1290 calories a day and I should lose .8 lbs a week. Less than the 10lbs of this challenge, but I'd rather drop than go back and forth on the same 2 lbs for the next 10 wks!

My dates are off since I wiegh in on Fridays but if I don't do it today I will forget. I so exicited that I may be down 10 pounds faster then I thought. I will be ordering my dress for my anniversary this weekend in a small, hope it fits.0 -

So the change worked. That extra 90 calories just fits in with the foods I like I guess, so I don't go over (as much). Last night was Pizza night, so it's a good thing I weighed yesterday morning! Can you say sodium flush Saturday? :bigsmile:0 -
Oh, and Bluiz...cleaning/organizing/scrubbing definitely counts in my book!
Ok, off of here and on to work. Thanks to the ice storm earlier this week, I will be working today and tomorrow, and possibly the holiday as well....not complaining, just explaining where I'll be if you don't see me the next 3 days! LOL!0 -

Although I stayed the same as last week, I am thrilled because I was up 2 pounds most of the week and it finally went away. Congrats to those of you who are actually losing.

I was actually really surprised that I lost. I moved back to school and have had to eat caf food of which I have to just guess on the calorie count. I don't eat it much, so that's probably helped the loss. Yay!0 -

report your weight by tuesday of each week for whenever you weighed in for that week...i weigh in on saturdays so my weight from 1/15 is what i am counting for this week's chart....
