    Welcome! It may be harder to figure out without a scale. Is there someplace you can go weigh once a week...like a gym?

    not too late to join....welcome....
    just need your start weight on 1/1? what is your weight today?
    we are going until 3/17 - each trying to lose whatever our goal is - mine is 1lb a week, so by 3/17 i hope to be at 189...
    report your weight by tuesday of each week for whenever you weighed in for that week...i weigh in on saturdays so my weight from 1/15 is what i am counting for this week's chart....
    i'll update the chart and post it to the thread by wednesday....

    Just got home from a girls weekend of heavy drinking (and no eating) in Nashville. Weighed in this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see that I've maintained my current weight. Yippee! I've got quite a bit of stress going on here at home so I'm not expecting much loss in the next few months.

    s_hamm_08 is our biggest loser this week and to date....
    we have lost just under 50lbs among the 15 of us since we started on 1/1....great job folks......keep up the good work and look forward to "seeing" less of you at next week's weigh in ;)

    Mind if I join as well? I am trying to lose enough weight to run a 5k this June! My starting weight is 170 and I'd like to lose 1 pound a week too. Thank you! Looking forward to joining you guys!! Sounds like a motivated bunch of people, keep it up!!

    you are added...i just made your start weight on 1/1 170lbs and carried it thru the 2 weeks we have reported...next week you will show a loss when you have one ;)
