Welcome! It may be harder to figure out without a scale. Is there someplace you can go weigh once a week...like a gym?0

we are going until 3/17 - each trying to lose whatever our goal is - mine is 1lb a week, so by 3/17 i hope to be at 189...
report your weight by tuesday of each week for whenever you weighed in for that week...i weigh in on saturdays so my weight from 1/15 is what i am counting for this week's chart....
i'll update the chart and post it to the thread by wednesday....0 -

Just got home from a girls weekend of heavy drinking (and no eating) in Nashville. Weighed in this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see that I've maintained my current weight. Yippee! I've got quite a bit of stress going on here at home so I'm not expecting much loss in the next few months.
