I am doing a 90 day challenge that proves that 80 percent weight loss come from diet and 20 percent is working out so my workouts are HIIT= High Impact interval training 5x a week but they are only 15-20 mins which is so different from the hard core workouts I am use to0

I am doing a mix of different things. I Zumba 2 times a week, Turbo fire a couple of days. I am starting to add in some of the scupt routines this week and see how that goes. I also plan on going to a different Zumba class this comming Saterday and if I like it will add another day of Zumba. I like to keep things mixed up. We also have P90X and insanity programs which I will mix in also.0

here is my plan for workouts this week.....this is what i have been pretty much been doing for the last 3 weeks....
Monday - PLAN walk @ lunch & YMCA after kids go to bed for treadmill
Tuesday - PLAN walk @ lunch & Treadmill after kids go to bed - watch biggest loser
Wednesday - PLAN - walk @ lunch & YMCA after kids go to bed for treadmill
Thursday - PLAN - walk @ lunch, spin class, introductory training session w/trainer @ YMCA
Friday - PLAN - walk @ lunch & swimming w/kids @ YMCA
Saturday - PLAN - spin class @ YMCA
Sunday - PLAN - group power class0 -

I do some form of cardio everyday...elliptical, C25K program, Zumba, Bodypump, step...and keeping a 1000 calorie deficit.0 -
I swim 30 minutes 4 times a week normally, but have now switched two of those days to cycle and weights. I try to walk at least 30 minutes the other three days but usually go 45-60 minutes. Working out is def. NOT my favorite thing.....0

what am I doing to lose weight?
Well, this week, truthfully nothing. I've been working non stop 12 or more hours a day and weekends. However, I've been doing Walk Away the Pounds and I have a Pilates Rapid Results DVD.
When this project at work is over, I want to get back to Zumba at the gym.0 -

Thats a good question. I'd love to hear what everyone has to say. May help some one.
My plan is to vary my calories but keep it low enoug to lose weight. Today my goal was 1300 and tomorrow my goal will be 1800. I'm trying to keep my body guessing. lol So far its working! I have also started drinking more water and eating more fiber. That helps keep me full.0 -
