Thursday's goals:
1. Eat clean but stay true to myself. YES!
2. Drink water throughout the day. YES!
3. Double up on shred since I didn't do it Wednesday. YES!
I'm so glad to report that I completed all my goals. It wasn't easy, but I got it done. I went out with friends and family to eat and I was determined to stick to the plan of grilled fish and veggies and lemon water. They could frown up at me all they want, but I did stay true to myself and I am proud of myself. Oh and I haven't had a soda all day today!!
Friday's goals:
1. try a new fitness class with my friend plus 45 minutes cardio.
2. zumba on wii at least 20 minutes.
3. complete level 3 shred.
4. drink 80 ounces of water.
5. organize bathroom shelves.0 -
Good morning everyone! I hope everyone had a good day yesterday! I met most of my goals but I did stay out a little longer than usual and ended up only getting 4 hours of sleep and drinking a little more alcohol than planned which I did not budget for in my points. So today my goals are:
1. Water! I want to try to get more than 8 to hydrate after drinking.
2. Do homework today even though I don't have class tomorrow. I need to be getting a little done each day this weekend.
3. Get some non homework related things done that I need to.
4. Eat well today-- even better than I have been doing to compensate for the calories from alcohol last night.

Jan 13 Goals KERPLUNK in the toilet-except for the water.
Jan 14 goals:
I'm not going to care about today but I am going to prepare for tomorrow. Reading my own writings and experiences during the time I was losing weight. Going back to reading the primal blueprint and creating a shopping list that will help me. If I don't cut the carbs I won't cut the cravings. Plain and simple. I'm easily addicted to things. CARBS is one of them.

my goals yesterday kind of went out the window, due to a bad reaction to one of my meds so ended up sick all day and half the nite! so, today will be better!!!

Just occurred to me that I forgot to post goals for today. Did pretty good - went training before work, loads of water and stayed under.
As for the weekend, on Saturday morning it's the new release of body attack, body combat and body pump (and some other classes that I don't do). I'm so excited and can't wait. I'm considering doing all 3 one after each other. It's going to be exhausting but I know it will be fun! Have been considering leaving the middle class out (pump) but decided that I will see how I feel after the first one.
Saturday's goals:
1. Do at least 2 classes in the morning and possibly the 3rd and have fun!
2. Loads of water.
3. Allowed to drink a low cal energy drink but only during the last class and only if I need it.
4. Sensible food choices at dinner tomorrow night.
Will try and get back on at some point tomorrow to post but in case not....
Sunday's goals:
1. Go to body attack in the morning.
2. Get chugging that water. I don't know why I still struggle with this at the weekend.
3. Try and rest a little before the manic week starts on Monday.

A successful if not exhausting weekend. It feels like every single muscle in my body aches! Going to take a couple of days off to recover!

4. Take lunch from home in the morning.

1. I did zumba today.
2. I did level 1 and level 3 of shred.
3. I drank 12 cups of water. (and no pop)
4. I ate a good rainbow!

2. do not get on the scale. (easier said than done...lol)
3. eat healthy all day, don't have a meltdown in the evening.
4. keep chugging!

So--Sunday was also a bit of a bust. I started out well but ended up over my calories. I really need to work on snacking at night. I know it is only because I am getting tired and not because I am actually hungry!

1. Water.
2. STAY IN MY CALORIES!!! (NO nighttime snacking!)
3. Exercise.
4. Meditate.

The weekend was a bit of a bust for me. But... it's time to get back on track. And I did so well during the week that I still managed to lose almost 2 pounds which was my goal from week to week anyway. So goals for today:
1. Water
2. Reading for class
3. Gym for 30 min.

I didn't post yesterday but I did great!!! This Just dance Wii game is awesome. I need more workout games. I have had this cold forever. I feel like crap but I have to eat right anyhow and keep moving.
Monday.

I was back in the office yesterday. It was great to get out of the house but I was pretty tired by the time I got home so I didn’t really get much done in the evening before going to bed. I’m hoping to fit a bit more in today.

Blew yesterday except for the exercise. I got some Just dance in and yoga before my back went totally stupid.
Tuesday Jan 18
1.)payroll, finished and fast. along my accident requests.

3.) carbs/cals. Craving a subway salad for lunch so I should be ok!!!!
4.) Make it to the tanning bed.
5.)Clean the house when I get home.
I so wish I could get rid of this cold..........
Frub we need to go get massages and sit in a sauna. Maybe that will make us feel better..................... mmmmmm we can dream can't we?0 -

1. Water.--Very Good!
2. STAY IN MY CALORIES!!! (NO nighttime snacking!)--Stayed in my calorie goal but did have a PLANNED snack last night.
3. Exercise.--Yes. Did the Biggest Loser Power Walk (1st 3 miles) and WOW! can I feel it today!
4. Meditate.--Yes.
Yesterday turned out to be a good day all around. I plan on doing it all again today (though I will do a different exercise routine!).
Goals for Jan. 18:
1 Water.
2. STAY IN MY CALORIES!!
3. Exercise.

Congrats on the 2 pounds, Nicole! I went down another pound this week. I hope to be agreeing with my ticker soon!
Jess and Frub--maybe you should go easy on the exercise until you are well again. Most experts agree that if the symptoms are relatively mild and ABOVE the neck (ie: headcold)moderate exercise is okay. For symptoms BELOW the neck (ie: cold is in your chest, stomach problems) you should concentrate on eating healthy and resting so your body can do its job and get you well again. And you should NEVER exercise if you have a fever of 101 or above!
I want you to get well so take care of yourselves!

I think that's the best idea I've heard all week! Last time I went to a spa they had a very good looking guy walking round the pool taking drinks orders. I think would that would definintely help us feel better too.
