    So my Monday's goals are:
    1. To workout before 10am, otherwise, it won't get done at all.
    2. Take a healthy snack to avoid eating while I'm out.
    3. Go to sleep before midnight.
    4. Keep chugging.

    Goals from 7th Jan:
    1. Drink 1l water. (DONE)
    2. Eat no more than 1200 calories. (Ate 1257 - not too bad)
    3. Remember to wish happy birthday to dad! (Done!)

    My goals for the weekend were to balance out any calories over 1200 with exercise. A late night walk on both Saturday and Sunday did that :o)

    Goals for 10th Jan:
    1. Drink 1l water.
    2. Eat no more than 1200 calories.
    3. Try my new low-calorie alternatives for lunch.

    Nam, its so beautiful isn't it? I live in Guildford in Surrey so about 40 minutes from Waterloo by train. Glad to hear you liked the Kings Speech. It looks excellent.

    I'm home from work today. I can't seem to kick this bug so today's goals are going to be pretty basic:

    Monday:
    1. Water
    2. Rest. Seriously, do nothing. Stay in bed so I can go back to work tomorrow.

    Okay I did really bad in on Friday nt & Sat Nt. Off to a fresh start today, thinking it's that time month is maybe why I'm having a hard w/ food.

    This is going to be my new goal for Sat nt, not going to count my captain/dt but I can't eat after I start drinking.

    Monday

    Good morning everyone! I'm back in a routine! yay! Hopefully that means I'll be back on every day. After the weight gain over break I need to be.

    Nam- awesome job on all your classes this week! That's awesome!

    Goals for today:

    1. Water!
    2. Fruit and/or veggie with every meal.
    3. Get more calcium in my body (since I tend to get none!)

    Started Week 2 of Power 90. This week I'd like to make it to the gym and add some cardio in the mornings to my workout program. This morning I slept in instead of doing this. But hopefully tomorrow I will have better luck.

    1.10.11 Goals:
    1) WATER
    2) Power 90 W2D3
    3) Buy some handles for my resistance bands
  • Ok So It's Monday. January 10th. Started out rough but I'm going to make it!!! I've done well with food so far. I haven't turned to it to comfort me.

    1.) Stay on track with my food.
    2.) Let my husband know every chance I get that I love him.
    3.) Walk at lunch
    4.) Exercise before bed

    I hope everyone has a great day. I am so thankful that you all are kickass people.

    1. Water.--Yes
    2. Stay in my calories!--OMG-NO!
    3. Exercise.--Yes, but just barely!
    4. Meditate before bed.--Yes

    Yesterday was a BAD day! I got out of control with my food and now I feel like crap! It is so good to be able to get back on track, though! Today WILL be better!

    Goals for Jan. 10:
    1. Water.
    2. STAY IN MY CALORIES and make HEALTHY choices!
    3. Exercise-(and MEAN it this time!).
    4. Meditate before bed.

    It is snowing today. Just a pretty little snowfall. It's going to warm up and be messy for the rest of the week, though! We don't get much snow here, usually, and it gets icy really fast as our snow tends to be very wet!

    Anyway on to Monday's goals:
    1. Lots of water. *10 cups so far*
    2. Snacking on fruit only through the day. *check apart from the one jelly baby that I couldn't resist!*
    3. Working at home in the afternoon so try and be productive and no surfing on MFP instead of working! *check - boring but essential telephone evidence analysis!*
    4. If I feel up to it go to Tri Class or Body Attack in the evening. *double check went to both*

    Am starting to get a bit worn out from the training so taking a day off from it tomorrow.

    Kim I have a trial starting in Guildford at the end of the month!!

    Tuesday's goals:
    1. Stay under calories.
    2. Lots of water.
    3. Deep breaths throughout the day. It's gonna be a tough day at work.
    4. Healthy food all day not just the foods that will help me hit goal.

    I'm off to bed so goodnight and hope you've had a great day!

    luvbnamom: I love your goal to tell your husband you love him every chance you get. Something a lot of people don't do enough of.

    Just checking in. Goals are going well so far. And I had to walk all over campus... back and forth back and forth. Nuts.

    Goals for 11th:
    1. Drink 1.5l water
    2. Eat no more than 1200 calories.
    3. Don't eat too many low-calories thing for lunch (it all adds up!)

  • 1.) Stay on track with my food. **** I was under my cals because of exercise----but I ate a lot of junk............ :ohwell:
    2.) Let my husband know every chance I get that I love him. *** I hope I did this to the best of my ability. I think I did. I cooked him an EXCELLENT and healthy dinner and love on him and texted him.

    4.) Exercise before bed :drinker: :drinker: Yes!! Wii Fit Plus is soooooooo fun!!!!!



    January 11
    1.) Well I wouldn't have put "work out in the morning" But I did work out when I woke up so I'm gonna put it. lol
    2.)WATER WATER WATER WATER WATER WATER.
    3.) Stay on track with cals............................ no junk!!!! and pay more attention to my carbs
    4.) work out before bed
    5.) clean the house
    6. Get work done at work!!!!

    I did so well with eating yesterday that I got to have a little reward at the end of the day... a small side of nachos... or else I wouldn't have eaten nearly enough. It was yummy. Ok so goals for today...

    1. Water
    2. Get back to the gym for at least a 30 minute workout.
    3. Rock my interview for Relay for Life Captain.
    4. Either save calories for my dinner out tonight or make a good choice.

    Hi!

    Nam - what a small world! Have you been to Guildford before? If you haven't then you should know that the court is just around the corner from a Jamie's Italian that is well worth saving up the calories for.

    My boss has told me to stay home for the rest of the week and get better. I'm relieved that my office are being so supportive but I'm going out of my mind being stuck in the house and am desperate to start working out again. I've been slipping too easily into old bad habits. I have to remind myself that this isn't the end of it I'll be back on it just as soon as I can.

    Todays goals are a bit like yesterdays:

    1. Water, got a big jug of the days water next to my bed
    2. Stay in bed
    3. No comfort eating

    Hope you're all doing well.

    Again, I slept in instead of going to the gym. It's sooo freakin' cold. I do not want to get up from my warm comforter to the cold, icy, morning at 6am. UGH!

    3) Have fun at bowling league, first game :o)
