    That 10% figure scared me! I guess I'll be using this site for a really long time to come - once I've lost the weight, I want to maintain my new BMI. :-)

    I cant believe I get to be this thin eating food I really like to eat. I mean, I love my food, and it is literally all killer no filler.

    Portion control and calorie counting for life.
