I am glad I was right about 130 lbs not being an accurate rate. Now if I can just take off these last 2-4 lbs it would be all good.

No loss this week, but no gain either (and I even had a visit from TOM, so not too shabby!). I'm doing MUCH better enterring everything, and DH and I have started getting back into the swing of meal planning. Made Beanless White Chicken Chili and rice for dinner last night. ended up with enough for lunches for the rest of the week. (Good thing, too since the snow has moved in!)

Not doing too great on the exercise thing currently. I know that it is what will probably make the difference, but I find time one day, and then the next something happens (work, children, bath tub falling apart, etc) that eats up the time I set aside. I keep trying different times of day, different options, etc. but haven't found one that works just yet. I'm thinking that perhaps some "fun" workout videos, or "Just Dance" on workout mode would be the best option. That way I can get the kids into it and we can do it together. It's difficult to workout when the kids are whining in the background because I'm hogging the TV!

Well since I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning & have been sick the past few days (still home from work today)....I decided thanks to advice from others to not post my weight from what the scale said TODAY. It was awesome, but since I really haven't been eating much....I'm posting my weight from Saturday morning when I peeked. Hopefully I'll get to do the even better happy dance next week when I'm back to normal. I still was doing a happy dance Saturday morning....so here is what I'm recording as of now!

Ok, so I know this is my first week back into the swing of things, and I ate pretty poorly over the holidays, and I know this won't continue at this rate........but losing 11 lbs feels freakin' fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work everyone! This week I plan to up my veggies ( I am not a vegetable fan) and continue with exercising, hopefully 7 x 45 minutes, but 6 x 45 minutes would be okay too!!!

Wow everyone is doing wonderfully already! Keep up the great work!

I'm feeling a bit better today. I'm at work for a half day anyway....I'm going to weigh in again tomorrow to see what the scale says & take that as my official weigh in for this week. It was looking FABULOUS this morning!

Good afternoon all! Georgia is still in a state of Emergency and as a result I did not have to work today......Yippee....Yippee....Yippee. However, the Dept. of Transportation has yet to come to my neigbhor to put salt/sand down and as a result my entire subdivision is a sheet of ice. I have a long driveway that is completely ice.

Today, I completed the Fire 45 EZ dvd from the Turbo Fire program and Ab Ripper X from the P90X program. Once the workout was completed I decided to tackle the driveway. Since I have not had to salt/sand or shovel my driveway in the 10 years that I've resided in GA I decided to wear my HRM to see how many calories I burned taking on this task. I only made it 45 minutes shovelling before I called it a day and I'M NO WAY near being done but I burned 300 calories in the process. I usually don't count household tasks as my part of my workout but I did today because as i stated I NEVER shovel and i can feel it in every part of my body...

Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me.......Today I turned 38 and I feel GREAT! The State of GA is slowly improving and I believe will be back to normal by the weekend. There was a 2 hour work delay so was able to sleep in just a little bit longer. I got my birthday started in the right direction by completing my workout and then eating a nice hearty bowl of oatmeal w/a banana.

Today I completed the Push Circuit 2 and Recharge dvds from the Chalean Extreme program and then jumped rope for 5 minutes so I good get in a full hour workout.

OK I had to put in an extra weigh in for myself this week! The food poisoning actually was very helpful to me. Sadly it had to come to that, but I did wait to actually do my official weigh in till today! And I'm now finally over 50 lbs lost & in ONEderland! FINALLY!

Would it be ok if I joined as well? I have really fallen off the band wagon and would like to try again, and am looking for a motivational group to help. When I started MFP I was 203, and had gotten down to 159, but am back up to 176 =\ I had been workin out every day for 1-2 hours and really watchin my calories and everything, was doing GREAT! And then I had to get a second job, and things went down hill from there. So now that I am back to one job, I'm hopin I can finally reach my goal weight!

    25th: 140 would be AMAZING!

My goals this week are to workout for atleast an hour a day, to drink 8 glasses of water a day, and to stay between 1200-1400 calories. I will be going to Hawaii in 2 weeks, so I'd like to lose as much as I possibly can by then, but I know it won't be much =P My boyfriend is in the military, and, after the Hawaii week, I won't see him again until his birthday, so I'm hopin I can look good for him!!
