I want to join! What to I do? My starting weight on this site was 209. My current weight is 206. My goal weight is 145. A bit more than 30 or 35 but I'm super motivated. I've lost almost 80 lbs in the last year & seem to have hit a pretty big rut. Cutting calories & killing myself with workouts doesn't seem to be doing the trick at the moment. I need all the help I can get!0

-STAY WITHIN 1200 - 1500 CALORIES -NOT ACHIEVED (actual calories 1607 - THE FREE STARBUCKS VANILLA BEAN CUPCAKE KILLED ME...LOL...i was @ starbucks and they offered the free cupcake WHOLE...lol..in that cupcake alone it was 410 calories)
