    Lost 1.6 pounds

    1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water: 7/7
    2. Do 6 Sets of 15 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week: 1/3
    3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week: 6/7
    4. Cut 100 calories from your diet EVERYDAY this week: 2/7 - this last one was real hard for me
    Hoping to do better in next weeks challenge!!

    Here is what I did yesterday (so this is now how I did overall on all the challenges)...

    1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week. 3 out of 7 (Did this yesterday)
    2. Do 6 Sets of 15 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week. 3 out of 3 (Did this yesteday)
    3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week. 3 our of 3 (Did this yesterday, 33 minutes of elliptical)
    4. Cut 100 calories from your diet EVERYDAY this week. 4 out of 7

    And I weighed in today..
    SW:181
    Last week: 180.2
    CW: 178.8!
    I am really happy with 1.4 lbs lost!

    PS Does anybody know how many calories are in cherry flavored squirts , like the kind you put in your soda at a gas station, I think they come in Vanilla to.

    Weight-154.5 (lost .5 pound) That is a total of 3 pounds. Next week should be better because I am moving and will have a kitchen! No eating out.

    I love to exercise but I also love food, healthy food but a lot of it. Plus veggie dip adds up.

    4. 1 or 2 miles on the treadmill, fast walking or jogging..
    then 50 crunches on the ab workout thing.
    then i do the bike for 10-15 minutes.
    and then the treadmill again for maybe half a mile to a mile.
    then the sauna for 5-10 minutes.

    #15 Sorry I was late to weigh-in. I was out of town all since Friday. I completed my challenge (I'm guestimating on the last day of calories though as I was out of town and had no access to the Internet). My weight stayed exactly the same as last week though. 215.6.

    #107 checking in. I plateued so took a break from dieting and put on almost two pounds so now am 157lbs. Completed all challenges except the calories and also did two out of three sit-ups. Where us challenge #3 by the way?

    Everything up to date. Did 4th day of RevAbs - it was hard, still too much fat :)
