I'm the same way. A lot of my friends yell at me and tell me I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday but it's the ONLY way I can keep myself accountable and it helps me realize that those M&M's I had yesterday caused me to gain this little bit back today. Then I know I can't eat that stuff all the time.0
