    Not happy today, weighin is a gain of 1.5 pounds to 246.
    Did extra miles of walking plus joined Zumba, and stayed within calories. WTG to all those that lost this week, there were some big losses!

    Don't get discouraged!! It might be because of all the added exercise. I know sometimes when I up my exercise it takes me a little while for my body to adjust to it. Try getting in some extra water this week and really be on top of your calories. Also if it is your cycle time you will probably gain a little. i hope you have a great loss next week!!!

    I forgot to weigh myself this morning, but when I last weighed myself this week I was at 159lbs so I'll go with that for today!
    I didn't do any of the running this week either. It seems like I've been too good at finding excuses this week, that will definitely be changing!

    Hi,
    I am # 61.
    I do all the exercises and my own work out too.2 to 3 hours a day for 5 days a week.
    I am not losing weight but I feel much better and healthy too.Doing good on my Diabetes and blood pressure.Thanks for all these Challenges.
    This is the first time I am doing this and loving it.

    I maintained this week at 178.8. Would have liked to see a loss, but oh well. Going to try to eat healthier this next week and see if it changes anything.

    Weighed in yesterday morning at 145! I lost 4 lbs this week.. I went on my high protein diet this week so I probably lost a lot of water weight.. but still feeling great!! :flowerforyou:

    Weighed in at 263 this morning (minus 2 lbs this week), that brings me to a total of 11 lbs lost!!

    1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week: 7/7
    2. 8 Sets of 25 Squats 3 out of 7 days this week: 0/3
    3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week: 1/3

    I really need to start exercising on a regular basis... joining a gym after the first!!

    I completed the challenge for week 4. I got sick on Thursday and is still a little under. Can't wait to see what week 5 challenge will be. My weigh starting weight is 220 and Im down 3lbs.
