My trainer would have me do toe raises all the time, we would super set them. Toes straight ahead, then toes turned out, then toes turned in to work all aspects of calves. I also did them while holding weights in each hand for added twist!0

Results of challenge week 2: Loss! From 167.4 to 164.4! Finally broke that plateau, I've been at 167 for the past 3 weeks, then I started to be really good in eating my exercise calories and it paid off!
Week 2: challenge
1. 100 less cals - 2/7 (see why above)
2. 5 glasses water - 7/7
3. 6x15 situps - couldn't to this, added some extra muscle training on Wii Fit instead

I just realized that I didn't get five glasses of water today... I'm at 4, but I still have an hour and a half left in the day, so I'm drinking that last glass now!!! And, I'm marking that done for today.
And we spent the day at Disney, and I'M SURE I walked AT LEAST a mile!! I probably walked a few! LOL. So, I'm counting that too. Though I probably don't need to as I still have Couch to 5K to do two more times this week, and those will count towards that goal as well.
And when we got back from Disney I managed another 30 toe raises. There was no way I was going to fit in any other exercise today, so I thought that was the least I could do!

Today is the first day that I have felt hungry. I think it was because i consumed empty calories. I did go ahead and eat something else since I was hungry. It is really amazing the difference between knowing you are hungry and eating just because. I ended up being 30 calories over for the day. Have not been doing my exercises the past few days because we are doing a home renovation on our laundry room and that has kept me busy! Went to the Y tonight though and think we are going to join for 3 months and see how it goes. Back at it tomorrow!!0
