    I was able to do 40 toe raises this time! I didnt' start to really feel it until about 25! Improvement!!

    Super-cleaned my house today instead of exercising. Drank gobs of water, though. I'll get everything I owe finished up tomorrow.

    I forgot all about this challenge for the last few days, but I have been working out everyday and I'm still trying to get in my water!

    I haven't been running (or walking) like I should, so I'll have to do that tomorrow at the gym!
