    Great job ladies!!! Goals for this week:

    12 8oz of water everyday
    treadmil time 30min ea for at least 3 days
    dance for a minimum of 30min EVERday
    spend 30min of me time this week, be it painting my nails, bubble bath, etc.

    Goals this week:

    -Feel better.
    -Find kickboxing DVD.
    -Drink water.
    -Stay under calories. Which is usually easy for me.
    -Not go crazy.

    I'm going to copy one of Ashley's goals and not go crazy this week either! Which should be easier said than done. My mother just asked husband to bring home a family sized box of brownie mix. There are 4 of us in this house, 2 of us are counting cals & one is 3 years old! Why in the world do we need the family size???

    Other goals:
    Drink water!!!

    My goals for the week.

    64 oz water daily
    Under calories--eat only approx 1/2 of my exercise calories
    60 minutes of exercise daily
    Sodium intake under 1500 mg/daily (starting tomorrow)

    And yep, my goal this week is to not have a zero loss! But with my weird P90X/Zumba hybrid I'm hoping things will start moving along!

    This weekend was so bad diet wise... I had a cheat day which turned into a cheat weekend. Also a couple of girlfriends and I were VIP at a club where there was free Grey Goose. Needless to say I used lots of juice with the goose!

    Not cheating again until the 13th of Feb!

    I got up early almost every day this week and worked my butt off just to foil my efforts, blahhh
    wont be like that again!

    I weighed in at 169.6 this morning :) Finally out of the 170s, even if its by the skin of my teeth!

    Hoping for another good week.
    Goals:
    run everyday, plus 8 minute videos or cardio max or cardio sculpt DVDs
    New Goal:
    50 ab exercises/crunches Monday-Friday......yowsers...

    2) 4 days of strength training and 6 days of cardio
    3) make Wednesday's weight goal (this one I don't forsee happening)

    Weighed in at 165.6 and I am geting pretty discouraged that the scale is not showing any improvement. I have plateaud and am completely stuck! Sugegstions ladies?

    I have my surgery for my cyst this week...so my goal is to eat this week, cuz I know myself and when I don't feel good I won't eat. My mini goal is to be as mobile as I can be (cyst is on tailbone so this might be tough)
