    Morning!!! 151.2 for me today so down 0.9lb. I'm finding it soooo much harder to lose the weight the closer I'm getting to my goal. Having to train a lot more but think I need to concentrate on what type of food I'm eating rather than just whatever goes to keep me under my cal allowance for the day.

    This was awesome!!! I often feel like the scale hates me but I know my body is getting stronger. It was awesome to see her pics.

    That is amazing. And actually, if I could get into a UK size 12, I wouldn't care whether I was 140lbs or 170lbs!
  • I stayed the same this week.
    Can't complain really, my nana came to visit on tuesday and took me out for a three course meal, then I had a tough weekend! Oh well, I'll try harder this week.

    I stayed at a friend's last night so I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning so I will have to weigh-in tomorrow. I'm pretty optimistic though. I ate really well (for the most part) and did all my workouts last week.

  • I'm holding steady.

    I weighed in late last week at 202.5, and I'm weighing in this week at . . . . you guessed it . . . 202.5.

    I'm really trying to not beat myself up over it. I was back down to 201.5 by Thursday, but it was a horrible week, and I went to my mom's this weekend for a family get together, so for me to hold steady on a family weekend is virtually unheard of! (I put on 7 lbs at Thanksgiving!)

    Work has been crazy busy, I've been putting in longer hours and the hours I'm at work are non stop. I also started back to school at the beginning of January, after taking a term off, so I'm readjusting to that additional demand on my time. Unfortunately, school means if I can't drag myself out of bed in the AM to workout, I've essentially missed my chance for the day.

    And, to add insult to injury, I've got a GINORMOUS zit on my nose, and I have no idea what caused it, and of course because it's the size of Mount Rushmor, I can't leave it alone.

    But, the boy has started a "Fat Man" contest at work, so he's FINALLY getting on the wagon with me, which I'm crossing fingers and toes and everything else that I can break this barrier that I can't get past.

    Can't wait to see how everyone did this week!!!

    Good morning Pin-Ups!

    I'm 145 lbs this morning! Down another pound. But the amazing thing is I took all my measurements yesterday and since January 3, 2011 I have lost a total of 11 1/4 inches all over my body!

    I'm super pumped today as I start my 9 week TRX training program today! Google it and check it out, it's suspension training using your body weight.

    Good job so far ladies!

    Great work this week everyone!

    This morning the scale said 201.8 =D!!!!!!!
    I didnt think I was going to lose any weight because even though I ate under my calories all week, my sodium was high and the scale just kept climbing up. Grrr....

    But when I realized it, I paid very close attention to my sodium intake.

    Lets have an amazing week ladies! My goal this week is to not have any cheat meals!

    back down to 200! I was in the 100's for most of the week, but of course on the morning of weigh in i go back up to 200 :ohwell: but i'm happy to be -3!

    Good Monday morning Ladies!! My weigh in for this week is 137! Woohoo! 2lbs. down from last week. Mostly thanks to a stomach virus on Thursday, but hey, I'll take whatever help I can get. Also, I have lost 4 1/2 inches from head to toe in the last 2 weeks! Hope you guys have a great Monday and a wonderful week!

    GRRRR...up to 143. Did really well all week, but since it's TOM, I think I'm retaining more water!

    Goals for this week:
    1) No cheating!!!!!
    2) Run at least four times this week, try to hit 15 miles total
    3) last but not least, Water.

    Last Monday I was 141. On Wednesday I was down to 140 and stayed that way through Saturday. I didn't weigh myself yesterday. This morning I am 142. I am so frustrated today. Anyone else who had a gain this week...I feel your pain.

    Not much change this week.....but after all the stress of STILL waiting on hubby's test results I'm not surprised.....at least I didn't gain (which I honestly expected)!

    194.6 :) Down this week about 3 lbs. I ran a lot more but didn't eat so well. Now to choose better foods to use up my daily calories.

    Even better though, a few different people at work asked if I am loosing weight. AND, the little towel at the YMCA wrapped all the way around my hips WITHOUT leaving a gap open :) won't be so bad if I forget my own towel now :)

    hey ladies! sorry i've been kind of nonexistant this week! i did have a great week though!

    here's my stats:

    SW: 229.8
    LW: 227.8
    CW: 225

    woo hoo! lost 2.8lbs this week! definitely needed that loss to keep me motivated. i've lost 35lbs so far on my journey. i absolutely cannot wait to get to 40 & then 50! 50 is only 15lbs away. i can totally do it! the plateau i was on seemed to be fueled by lack of food even though i thought i was eating enough. i ate a little bit more this past week and lost. so so happy! here's to another great week!! :)

    No change this week...which isn't so bad considering it was a weekend of tasting all sorts of wine with friends.

    Will be doing Power 90 this week.
