    Got rid of the Caribbean vacation weight during my TOM. I'm psyched. Now its time to do the zumba dance of happiness!

    Well I didn't gain or lose. So I am still at my starting weight. I will keep at it and make sure I don't skip any workouts (unlike this week - oops). This is so difficult, but hopefully I am losing inches and I am going to go and buy a digital scale (cause any loss even .2 would be nice at this point).

    Two days of not binging and eating a normal amount of food has led me to a 4 pound weight loss.

    356.4 this morning.. thats 2.8 lbs less than last week. It's not my goal (which was 4 lbs) but I will definately take it. This is my TOM week and usually I gain this week so I was SOOOOO happy to see a loss. Congrats to everyone who worked hard this week to make a difference in their lives :)

    Congratulations to everyone who lost or held the line! To those who gained, it's only a temporary setback, and next week will be better. Keep your sights set on those big goals; feeling better, more energy, better endurance.
    175 even today. I lost 1.4 lb, which is good, but frustrating, because my lowest weights are always on Monday or Tuesday, and last Monday I was 173.8. Hopefully this coming Monday will be a good number too, since that's when I update my ticker.

    I'm really happy with my weigh in today! I haven't been this weight since before my son was born 3 years ago :) Lost 3.2lbs :) Now at 215.8! :)

    Congrats to everyone on their hard work! It's tough, but we can do it together :)

    I usually don't weight during my TOM for this very reason... WATER RETENTION...

    Next week will be better...

    Weight 336.6... up 1.4 pounds.
