    #47 - Had to move my weigh-in a day later this week. I was out of town Friday & Saturday.

    As of this morning:

    195.8

    A loss of .2

    I guess it's better than nothing... I will be taking measurements from now on as well. Every week when I weigh in I will take measurements as well. Took starting measurements this morning. The scale just jumps around too much for me, and I'm afraid that if I see no progress, or very little, or a gain (*gasp*) that it will cause me to give up. I need to see results. :)

    did the challenge.. but did 4 set every day.. hope that counts...

    weight 225..down 5 pounds.. woo hoo

    Weight-150 (lost 1.5 pounds this week) This is a total of 7 pounds

    January 22-28, 2011
    1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week -did
    2. 8 Sets of 25 Squats 3 out of 7 days this week-did
    3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week-did

    Challenge - only go the water in - crazy week at work with lots of OT left me without time to work out:-( I'm all about the next challenge tho!

    Didnt weigh in on Saturday because of my work schedule...but todays weight was 172.6!!!!
