I was trying to do day 2 of level 2 yesterday. When I was in the plank position, my little 4 year old came and flung herself at my leggs, taking out my right knee. I think I'm goint to give it a break today.

I had a crazy week (I've worked 99 hours in the last 2 weeks) buuut I completed L1 D10 of the shred today! I will move up tomorrow!0

:ohwell: Just checking in. My knee is still really hurting me, so I haven't been shredding. Now I'm scared to start up again. I think that I will take the rest of the weekend off and then try to restart on Monday. Is anyone else still out there?:ohwell:0

I did L2D1 yesterday. My shoulders are screaming today! It feels like starting over from the beginning.

I have to lower the knee lifts, and I can't do all of the shoulder "V" raises (or whatever they are). Mostly I am a lot slower than what is happening on screen, especially on the walk out push ups. I think I do one for every 2 of theirs! I will judge my progress by how close I am to Jillian's timing. I'm gasping and sweating, so I think I am working hard even with the modifications.0 -

Hang in there Kate! I think it would take me doing the whole DVD a few times before I don't have to modify most of it. It just gives a longer life to the usefulness of the workout!0 -

L2D3 done! Sweating like crazy! This one does seem to get to my knees a bit more than L1 did.0

Level 1 day 4 finished last night. For some reason my knee always hurts a lot when I wake up in the morning. By the time I go to do the video though (I usually do it at 8 or 9 at night) it doesn't hurt anymore. I tried not doing all of the jumping jacks last night and my knee is not as sore this morning.0

L2D4 done! My son has done it with me the past 2 days, which is pretty awesome. Had to ease up on parts because my knees were screaming! My bad knees are really acting up more. :grumble: But I finished drenched in sweat again, so I must still be getting a good workout!0

I usually try to do some walking/jogging or some elliptical (If I can get to the gym).0 -
L2D5 done! Whew! I usually walk on the treadmill for 25-30 minutes during my lunch break at work also.0

I'm also still here. I din't get to it yesterday. I had to go to the dentist and I decided I couldn't handle seeing the dentist and Jillian Michaels all in the same day.
Actually that is just what I told myself, I really just didn't time my day correctly. I'm hoping to get to it today.

Thanks! I made my son do it with me again, so I wouldn't skip it. Do what you can when you can. Unfortunately, that crazy woman on the DVD isn't going away! :laugh:0
