Here is format for your daily updates.
Hey all,
I am back from vacation and wow I am going to need some major calories burned next week to make up for this week. I am going to up my goal to 4000 calories this week. Which means I will probably need an extra half hour a day.
This challenge is a weekly challenge to burn at least 3500 calories. You can set your own goal of at least 3500 and anyone can join at any time. The challenge goes Monday - Sunday.
Here is the format to use for your daily updates.

I would love to join this group. This will keep me motivated and honest with myself. I just got my first heart/calorie monitor and I am excited to put it to use.

Hey Ruth, glad you are back and hope you had a great vacation. You'll get rid of that vacation weight in no time, it hasn't had time to "settle in" yet! I'm in with a vengeance this week. I have 2 big events and want to look great so I am kicking up the cardio big time. This is both to look good for the events and have some room to spare for the damage they will do!
