Here is format for your daily updates.

Hey all,
I am back from vacation and wow I am going to need some major calories burned next week to make up for this week. I am going to up my goal to 4000 calories this week. Which means I will probably need an extra half hour a day.

This challenge is a weekly challenge to burn at least 3500 calories. You can set your own goal of at least 3500 and anyone can join at any time. The challenge goes Monday - Sunday.

Here is the format to use for your daily updates.

Weekly Goal:

Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    I'm gonna be doing a few extra workouts this week and some running, so hopefully I will get to it!

    500 calories/day, that's aggressive for me, but I like a challenge!! Ok now where is that heartrate monitor band.

    I would love to join this group. This will keep me motivated and honest with myself. I just got my first heart/calorie monitor and I am excited to put it to use.

    Looked at my weekly total last night and was amazed: 10847 cals burned !!

    Hey Ruth, glad you are back and hope you had a great vacation. You'll get rid of that vacation weight in no time, it hasn't had time to "settle in" yet! I'm in with a vengeance this week. I have 2 big events and want to look great so I am kicking up the cardio big time. This is both to look good for the events and have some room to spare for the damage they will do!

    Gained 3lbs on vacation. Need to work work work it off.

    FYI to the newbies you don't need to edit your post you can quote your old one and edit it that way. Also the challenge is Monday - Sunday not Sunday to Sunday.

    I copied a chart from someone elses entry and I just discovered the chart I copied starts on Sunday where everyone else starts on Monday. Oh well I guess I will just be one day ahead of everyone:blushing: .
